Cleanliness is noticeable. In fact the entire city is so clean- the hotel seems like an extension of it. Staff are helpful. It’s very good value for money.

Location is a bit far from city. Then again- they aren’t charging a lot. The staffs of the restaurant were surprising. I waited for more than half an hour- unnoticed. Then finally had to go to another restaurant.

The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay....catch a very early flight so the airport is just a few minutes away!

It was perfect for the purpose of my stay. I had a problem with the thin mattress that almost slipped from the bed when I moved. But that was the only minus.

Close to arrival at Airport. Easy walk when I was tired. Staff were friendly, intelligient and efficient. Comfy bed, great view, nice atmosphere. Nice clean room. Decore etc good. I have had some stressful experiences in Schipol and Rotterdam is overall a very nice option. This hotel was a nice place to land and rest after a long flight. I will defnitley stay here again.

Extra blanket on the bed Important Sound of the-con was loud. Clarity on how to work the heating, particularly for the winter. Phone in room to call front desk. Gratis breakfast would be nice. Of maybe a little cheaper ?

Everything was amazing! The hotel is very close to the Airport, the family room was great.

After having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day, they couldn’t find us in the system which would’ve been the cherry on top.

Great choice if you have early departure or late arrival because it's really close to the airport - just 5 minutes walk away. The city bus stop is also right away. There's a 24/7 mini-store right on the first floor of the hotel building with snacks, drinks, shampoo, etc., very convenient for travelers. The room was nice, clean and quiet, with huge-screen TV, kettle and a choice of tea/instant coffee.

Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer in our room.

There is a shop by the entrance which is very handy, and there is a garage where you get a discount on your parking ticket if you are a guest. There are also good public transport connections with the city. It is also very quiet, considering you are next to the airfield. Sound isolation is very good on the walls and windows.

There is "no food" policy in the rooms.

I booked a double bed. If it wasn’t an option to book one, I would have looked for another hotel. After making the reservation, I received a message that it couldn’t be reserved ahead. I ended up with a twin bed.

The staff was very nice they let us change the room.

It was confusing because another Fletcher hotel is near, so we came to the wrong parking. And later we reparked but we were confused how to get out, where to scan the parking ticket and that the ticket has to be validated by front desk before it works.

I bonded over a really sweet girl, I believe her name was Ashley but I may be mistaken. She was really sweet and accommodated me to an early check in and I felt very grateful to her
