Lovely and clean in all areas, very well decorated and dressed. Food in restaurant was excellent for evening meal and also breakfast .

My only one criticism would be only one small body wash for 2 people especially in the height of summer, maybe forfeit the body lotion and give an extra body wash.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful and friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Breakfast was 10/10, with lots of options. Everything was well prepared and organised.

Cleanliness of the room. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together. 2 single thin mattresses that kept sliding to the sides. I fell in the middle once. I kept having to adjust the matress and myself. It was not comfortable.

Very clean, very helpful members of staff at reception, great food.

The parking upon arrival to the hotel was confusing and not explained well prior to arriving- ended up having to pay for the more expensive parking ticket at the zoo. Our waiter in the restaurant was preoccupied most of the night, very hard to ask for things and was uninterested- ended up having to go to the bar for drinks and the bill instead of being served at the table despite sitting in the restaurant section.

The interior design of the atrium with some rooms having windows inside the atrium like mine and other rooms with external windows. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shoer and ensuite. Lovely drape curtains net style and blackout fora restful sleep. Good parking adjacent for EUR4 per EXIT. Good breakfast choice

Everything went well as expected. Room was spacious and neat. Breakfast was very good. Lots of varieties to choose from. Facility was good with close proximity to places of interest. Overall all, it was good. Did not have much time to explore as my plane schedule changed

It was easy to find, the room was comfortable.

We borrowed an iron and ironing board. The iron was very badly scorched and left marks on our clothes. The breakfast was good but no trays to help you get food to the table and nowhere to put your cup if you wanted to put milk in the drink or add items to your plate. Not thought out for ease of use. The food menu was only written in Dutch.

The beds were incredibly comfy with amazing pillows. The reception granted my request and put me in a room in the quietest part of the hotel.

I was really glad I wasn’t in a room in the main part of the hotel as all of the rooms overlook the restaurant and bar area which would’ve been extremely noisy. It seemed a really odd layout and would not have made anyone’s stay peaceful.

The Location and the Property. Breakfast was the highlight and Value for money. Parking was direkt at the hotel, but it is paid. (But very less) I have paid 4 euro for two days. Which is really good.

I had the extra bed in my room. I think was Ok . But the Money I have paid for extra bed, it could have been much better. Still it was Good.

really nicely presented. we brought a dog with us and it was a good location given that there’s the park just behind which is easy to access. we actually got the bus into central Rotterdam with the dog, and that was all fine. its about an hours walk to the city centre. we had to pay for our parking for €4 for every time we left. we had the breakfast, it’s a feast so if you’re hungry its worth it! we were using it as a base for Rotterdam and also Delft and Keukenhof for the weekend, and its a great location for everything we used it for. I would certainly stay again.

there isn’t a lot of free parking. one of the staff on the front desk was rude.

the bed can be split up which makes it amazing if you are traveling with friend! Bed is amazing! so are the pillows! and yes, breakfast is extremely POSH! worthy of paying €20 for that. having kettle in the room is a nice asset. The hotel is located in super calm neighborhood, but 3km walking from the city center.

The bathroom door is transparent and with no soundproof which makes it a bit awkward when you are traveling with someone. Also ventilation could have been better in the bathroom. less russian TV channels would be much appreciated too…
