Pillows lovely, bed comfy, very clean throughout. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but it's only a budget hotel. Pizza on Saturday night was delicious.

2nd bin in bedroom would have been helpful. Wall light by mirror in main room would also have been helpful for make up application. But neither of these detracted from our stay.

This hotel is perfectly placed between long-stay parking and the terminal, with each just a minute's walk away. The quality/price ratio is outstanding. The (continental) breakfast is effective. Staff are very friendly; of particular note was the very efficient communication pre-arrival.

My only negative is for a specific room, viz. room 511 which is close to the engine of the lift. If you're lucky enough to have good hearing and are a light sleeper, this can be annoying (I solved it by putting a track of nature sounds on loop on Spotify).

Everything went very well. The room is obviously basic but comfortable. It was very clean. The breakfast was 9 euros but for me was fantastic value. Breakfast was buffet style and a decent choice for the money and you could eat as much or little as you want along with coffee's and juices. The Ibis budget was 3 minutes walk to the terminal, fantastic. I would 100% stop there again.

For me maybe an hairdryer could be supplied but it is a budget hotel so can be expected.

The sound proofing is really good. Although small, the room has everything you need for a 2 night stay. Comfortable mattress was good to have a good night sleep. The breakfast was good, though quite the same two days in a row, but for a short stay is ok.

Because the bed is attached one side to the wall is difficult to get up during the night. Being on the first level the floor in the room is quite cold for the end of May, however this could be a plus during hot summer days.

Great location and surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. Rooms are immaculately clean, very compact/small but ok for an overnight stay. Breakfast is an additional cost of 11 Euro each but was lovely fresh food and again very clean breakfast area. Would recommend and stay again.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for drinks at least. Although we later found out that these can be purchased in reception - would have been helpful to be told this at check-in. Also we booked through a third party and it implied that parking was included - so with parking and breakfast as extra it's wasn't the cheapest in-site airport option.

The location is right beside a beautiful nature park. It's 2 mins walk to the airport but very quiet and 2 mins walk to the bus stop that goes to Rotterdam centre. The bathroom is spacious, modern and clean compared to all the Ibis we've stayed in the past in different countries - it's the best so far. There are bicycles that you can rent for €16 for a day, we cycled through the beautiful park to Rotterdam centre and back. We loved it!

It was a well budget hotel. If you're not after much this will definitely meet your expectations. I sent one night and the main reason I chose to stay here was because I was travelling with my cat. Only 20 mins to the city centre by bus makes it easy to travel too. Breakfast was acceptable and satisfying. The staff had a very nice friendly manner and were very polite in answering all my questions.

Some complimentary toiletries could be useful.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel near Rotterdam Airport. The location is extremely convenient, especially for early flights. Despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was quick. I also appreciated the early breakfast service and the free Wi-Fi. Overall, it’s a great choice for short business trips or layovers.

A very convenient hotel if you have to take an early flight at the Rotterdam airport. All is functional, so it's clean, silent, comfy and good value for money (the main reason we booked it). This is not a leisure hotel, but a business/stopover hotel (exactly what you expect from an IBIS Airport) and the area is... well, the airport, so it's not fancy, but does the job and for a very decent price. The staff was nice and the check-in quick. Good value for money.

All was correct and matched our expectations.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially the evening staff who would always greet us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was decent with a good range of options including fresh croissants and sandwich meats and the 24/7 food options are tasty such as the pizza and bitterballen. Room was good for the price and the location of the hotel was convenient enough for access into Rotterdam.

The single beds in the room fold out from the cupboard and are not as comfortable as the double beds. Lack of functioning air conditioning in the room, the thermostat would only go as low as 19c and there was no airflow from the vent. This meant the window had to stay open due to the hot weather, which in turn led to mosquito bites as there are no screens covering the window.
