The hotel had a nice view, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The furniture in the room and bathroom was a bit worn, but everything was clean. Breakfast was sufficient, although the same items were served every day. It would have been nice to have a bit of variety, even just one different item. Towels were changed daily, which was great, but it would have been even better if the floors were also vacuumed regularly. Overall, we liked our stay. We chose this hotel because there was no parking problem and it’s located slightly outside the city, which made it peaceful. The cleanliness and location made us happy.

No complimentary items were provided (such as slippers, cotton pads, cotton swabs, etc.). The rooms could use some renovation, but there was absolutely no issue with cleanliness. :)

The place was nice, and worth the money,

The woman who worked at night shift was not friendly, since we arrived late at night and we asked her to bring us a blanket, she refused to bring and told that she can’t help us at this time. She told us that We should ask anything we need tomorrow morning. It was first time ever she give us that kind of answer since I stayed at hotels in all around the world.

It feels like this hotel is a bit of an institution and a special place to stay. The restaurant was lovely, I had a wonderful salmon salad packed full of fresh ingredients and it is interesting to watch all sorts of ships and boats pass by. My room was a good size, bright and airy, with lovely facilities and a nice shower. Staff are helpful and friendly and it felt safe as a lone traveller.

For me the bed felt a bit soft when I arrived but having said that I slept very well which I don't always do when travelling so maybe that isn't a negative?! :-)

View from hotel and some rooms is really nice, Restaurant is cozy and breakfast is good value if you are hungry.

Rooms are a bit dated and there is no BBC, nor any other English-language's channel on the television

What a great view! Our son loved watching all the boats sail past. The room is very spacious, with a balcony, great place to relax. Dining at the water front is a great experience. Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful! Very willing to make exceptions for our difficult diet and allergy wishes. Also, our son was invited to make his own dessert in the kitchen, together with the chef. It came out very healthy with a lot of fruit!

Bathroom was a bit small and outdated, but kept clean. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Great location and nicely decorated hotel. The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was really good, with a lot to choose from. The rooms were cosy and quite isolated from sound. We could hear some music from a wedding party in the evening but it was not disturbing at all. We would definitely book again in the future!

The bathroom was a little bit old in our room and could use some refreshing but that is the only thing I can think of. We had a normal room. Our parents stayed in a much bigger room and their bathroom was very fresh!

We stayed in a suite which had huge picture windows and a balcony with great views over the river to the docks - really interesting watching the boats. The room was very comfortable and spacious - bed is very comfortableand the corner sofa is good for sprawling. TV is a bit basic but that was the only negative. Breakfast was excellent - we are both vegetarian and we were well fed. Ate in the restaurant at night, and that was good. Would definitely return.

The TV is a bit basic - hard to navigate and slightly small for the room.

The room is fairly spacious, the beds are excellent. The view was not too great, but we had the possibility to see part of the river. The bathroom is very small but cleverly designed, so no problems there. The breakfast is excellent, lots to choose from, staff are very helpful. The location is very quiet. This is one of those hotels you remember and want to return to.

Ok, one minor detail: the beers offered in the bar could do with some more variation, more explicit taste.

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotel in Vlaardingen, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Nieuwe Maas river and the harbor—perfect for anyone who enjoys a unique maritime atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.

The bathrooms feel a bit outdated and I missed having in-room coffee and tea facilities, which would have been a nice touch given the price point.

View was interesting, watching big vessels go past was a good way to pass the time after a stressful day at work! Food was excellent but wasn't too much to choice from. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help

The Menu was a little short on choice and sadly the location is a little far way from anything interesting to do but the view kind of makes up for it. Did also walk into my room and find about 5-6 mosquito but once i delt with them everything seemed good!
