Room was great. Aircon worked, even in winter. bathroom, big and luxurious.

Parking was cramped and not enough spaces. although to be fair, this problem was mostly solved. 7th February am - the woman who claimed to be Manager and 'in charge' was utterly incompetent and when taking over 1 hour to check people out, did not apologize, was rude, and pissed off about 12-15 customers. If this women had been working in another country, she would have been fired immediately. It must be said that the other staff, catering and others were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located within a developing residencial area near the highway. Lobby was nice, King Size Bed room as well. Spacious, comfortable and a cozy King Size Bed as well as a big tv screen. Parking was for free. Location is perfect for the ones dont want to stay in downtown. Easy to reach by car. Metro station is 5-10 minutes walk and it take around 15 mins to Rotterdam donwotwn or 15-20 minutes to Hoek van Holland beach. Burger King and KFC in walking distance, but no supermarkets or other restaurants. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Staff have been frienldy with below mentioned exception

While lobby and rooms looks good the hallways does not. Quiet simple and roomdoors looks a bit shabby from outside. Breakfast staff have been not that friendly. Not easy to find them to get assistance and one of them hit my chair while i had breakfast with the foodcart, even it would have been easy for her to come from the other way without disturbing me.

Nice, clean, comfortable room. Delicious food. There is a pool table and darts downstairs near the restaurant and reception which was nice. The room has the ability to add temperature as needed and this is very important!

The desserts were not very good for such a high price. I was there for two nights. On the first day the staff were wonderful and friendly, but on the second day the staff changed and everything became the opposite, which created a tense atmosphere.

the location was... chaotic. Right by the motorway, super busy and noisy. Probably the reason people stay there is because they are going on that motorway, but still it was overwhelming. Very handy KFC and Burger king across the road ( as the restaurant menu was " far too posh" for me, and I would have preferred something a little bit more budget friendly)

Hotel has got a bar/restaurant on-site. Close to a Metro station. All basic facilities included for a reasonable price.

Hotel is new and civil and gardening works were still ongoing. Water was off one afternoon (related to the above)

the staff was very friendly and communicative. they spoke good english and explained all the details i asked for. they were also very nice in the morning, so we decided to even stay for breakfast there.

the bathroom was not as clean as i expected. there were hair on the floor. and the front gates were closed at night so i had difficulties going inside the parking place

My third stay here (though in the past its been booked for me), easy to park, nice enough rooms, clean, really does what one expects a buisness type hotel to do! The staff are helpful and the restaurant is passable.

The new entrance road is was a bit hard to find since its been diverted recently but there is good signage. A little bit far out of the town for a walk in to get food etc but alas these are minor points for a hotel that delivers what it should!

Breakfast was great. Good selection of food. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and great with our toddler.

Booked a cot but it wasn't ready. However the staff working late were able to sort it all out for us and very were extremely friendly and helpful so no issues.

Convenient to where I was travelling the next day. Great parking - lots of it and free! I ate at the hotel of an evening - good menu selection.

My room bathroom had evidence of the past person who stayed (hair!!) which is a big no-no in my book. Service for dinner was very slow and I had to ask, after about 20 minutes, if my dessert selection was going to arrive.

We really didn't pay a lot for our stay. Also very near Rotterdam center, whether by car or metro doesn't matter.

The only thing were the beds actually. They were comfy but the footing was a little ripped, which isn't really as important. Also since they were twin beds put together and sometimes they came a little apart
