Big, clean and spacious rooms. Perfect and friendly staff, especially at the reception desk. Great view from rooms.

Breakfasts during "rush hour" esp. on Sunday was a bit poor, not varied. Also it was not possible to order something more i.e. omelette, because of those problems. For a 4 star hotel, one expects bit more. Apart from the breakfast problem - everything was fine.

We just spended one day here. Because they are making a road get to the ingang was a bit more difficult with wheelchair. But the special room for the disabbelity was really good. First time when my mother said that the room in a hotel perfect for her. Our room was also really nice. Everythings was clean. I loved the flatscreen tv with chromecast,we could watch own Netflix,Disney. Perfect. Personel was really nice and helpfull.

Was no restaurant in the hotel,just bar. So we ordered food from nearby. The breakfast was bit less than what we expected after the rewiews. But on the end we would love to come back if they are done with the road.

The location is central to all the supranational institutions in the vicinity. I like the place because it is very smart: self check-in, self check-out, self-service market. And I like the bar too, perfect for a chat with a few friends before going to sleep. Clean room and bathroom also very clean.

I didn't give full marks this time because I suffered a bit from the cold at night. I understand the prices of fossil fuels, the environment, climate change, but we're not in the hut in the Dolomites...

Nice, well situated hotel with good standard. Breakfast was also good. Very nice sky line view from elevators to upper floors. There is free parking in the streets opposite the hotel, at night and weekends. Reception will not tell you that ;-)

There is no restaurant in the hotel and nearby hotels close their kitchen early in summer time. It is more of a residential and diplomatic area than a tourist area.

My Stay at the Hotel was Amazing I don't think I have ever met such lovely staff like there from the front desk to the people at breakfast to the cleaning ladies all just super sweet and nice. .Thank you so much for making Me feel special on my Birthday I will definitely ALWAYS remember this trip.

The rooms could use new rugs and equipment it kinda was outdated for a 4 star Hotel and it wasn't that clean but that would really be the only complaint.

We used Novotel as a transit stop en route to the Hoek van Holland ferry, and it proved a perfect choice for a family of four, with a very comfy family room and excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were really helpful, and overall the value for money was excellent. An additional plus was a late check-out time (12:00), which has suited us ideally. We hope to come back for an extended city break in The Hague, as the location is also very convenient both for Scheveningen, as well as other attractions (Madurodam, Museon, Panorama Mesdag are all within a 30-minute walk radius).

- The Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We had our baby girl and they made such a fuss over her, it was really nice. - Rooms are very nice, spacious, well cleaned, very quiet, good range of amenities, large TV. Able to provide a crib for us. - Close enough to walk into the center but also with good transport links. - Great decor throughout the hotel.

- More food options or a restaurant would have been nice but understandable why there isn't. - Parking a was €25 a night so reasonable but not cheap

The hotel feels very modern, from the automated check-in facilities and self-service/self-pay drinks and snacks area to the large and comfortable rooms. All members of staff were fluently bilingual in English and highly professional. This is a great place to stay for a short business trip.

It was difficult to cool the room down without opening the window, despite there being a control that looked like air con and indicated that low temperatures were possible. As this was a mid-October stay, being too hot in bed was a surprise.

It is a value for money hotel. Nice area close to shops, cafes etc. Not in the city center but access to the center is convenient throught public transport.

The room was not big enough but it was acceptable for a 2-day stay with kids. Bathroom was quite old but it is still kept in a clean state. It would be more convenient if the bar/restaurant at the ground floor had a wider range of dinner choices (i.e. pasta) to fulfill the needs of families with children.

Very friendly staff at check-in. Despite being busy were incredibly helpful. The mini chocolate eggs for our 4 year old also went down very well. Location is close to a very nice part of town and well connected via trams and buses. Very nice views all the way to the coast from our 10th floor room. Facilities were great. Large room with sofa bed ideal for little one. Large TV easy to cast to. Powerful and clean bathroom.
