We r 2sisters travellg. Location! Mt kinabalu was right infrnt of our door!! Ders a small table n chairs to sit infrnt in d porch. Everythg was fine. Our main expectations r gd wifi, hot water kettle n general cleanliness. Dun really care abt facilities, gd to hav bt not needd. (General kitchen facilities n pool table!) Rm is a 20ft container, wif toilet added. New experience. Jst nice space to solat (arrange luggage properly) Hot shower! Wen up to d roof terrace to watch sunrise. Subhanallah.. Magnificient view.. will def. com bck n stay here

Cleanliness was okok. Not surgically clean bt hygenic enuf. Hav to use slippers in d rm. Lots of red ants. Dun leave food rubbish inside. Tie n put outside. Hang up all ur food stuffs.

The host was super friendly and considerate. The location of the place is superb as we get to enjoy the full view of majestic Mount Kinabalu in the early morning when it is not hidden by clouds. Super cozy and freezing cold at night. BBQ pit is ready to use without any charge and they do provide some kitchen utensils and refrigerator as well.

The cleanliness can be improved but it is still worth the pay. There might be some unpleasant smell from the toilet when you unlock it due to the poor air ventilation.

I like the morning scenery of gunung kinabalu. And enough space for solat in the room. The spacious king bed and large mirror. Also the coffee sachets. Indication of hot & cold water in the shower. 💕 The night is really2 cold.

I didn't like the 'bau kepam' that was stuck in the room. Before we got in, the room window had been open, but still had a bit of a smell.

Amazing view, can see the mountain even inside the room. The staffs were friendly and very polite to customer. He did his excellence job, always smile and attend to customer request.

toilet smelly. and cleanliness abit disappointing. and i just saw in booking apps that they cancelled our booking, although we already stay there using the booking. maybe extra fee will be charge toward us. abit disappointed with their system management.

Great location. View of Mount Kinabalu at sunrise was excellent. Had to go to the roof though, as my room was facing the other way. Still, for this price, it's definitely worth it.

No WiFi reception at all, as my room was situated far from the reception. Bathroom drainage needs to be improved. Unable to have dinner at the balcony due to insects... Lots of insects.

location very near Desa Dairy Farm. enjoy playing snooker with family and kids enjoy with playground view at rooftop was superb can order food from the hotel friendly and helpful staff

For my family & i, we get what we paid. It's comfortable to stay for the price. We accept it happily because the most expensive thing is the Gunung Kinabalu view from our rooms.

The weather is nice, the view of the mountain is superb, the hotel is located strategically just beside the Dairy Farm. The hotel has a good hot water and ample bed room. 10 mins to restaurant and gas station.

No breakfast and cafe at the hotel
