Though I requested for mountain view room, I wasn't sure about the view since I reached at night and left in early morning. The exterior looked luxury with nice exterior design and yellow lightings! The room was also spacious! Check in and check out process was smooth. We checked in at about 7pm and checked out at about 6am, the staff was already there to serve us. The most satisfying thing about this room is the strategic location! It's just beside the main road, and it's so easy to go to Desa Dairy Farm, Sosodikon Hill, and etc.
Pillows were too hard, not so comfortable. No hair dryer. Water heater was a little not hot, but still ok. Leaking basin.

Quiet and beautiful, reasonable price, room is clean, easy to buy food and groceries nearby, easy to find a text to the Kinabalu National Park. Definitely would recommend it for people who want to visit Kundasang and Mountain Kinabalu!

very convenient. on flat land. come with restaurant. No hassle to find other restaurants. In town. l love wooden resort with wooden furnitures.very spacious room and restaurant with variety of menus.

The hotel was wonderfully clean, the room was big and also clean with a nice balcony. Kettle and coffee in the room. Well located near the town. Very pleasant stay and exceptionally well priced. Comfy beds, comfy chairs and big bathroom.

The room was cozy and clean, it was as per the photos. Our room specifically had a good sunrise view but can’t see the Mt Kinabalu directly. However, you can see the mountain from the compound and enjoy the cool weather.
