The room (Junior Suite) is quite spacious and the view of Mt Kinabalu from the room's balcony is very impressive! The Staff are polite, friendly and helpful too. Bath towels and extra blankets provided free of charge is definitely a plus. Oh, and the hot shower surprisingly works well too! Keep up the good work. :)

Cleanliness needs improvement. There were 2 cockroaches running around inside the room when we came in, which was not a nice surprise! The floor mat/carpet have seen better days. Need to wash and replace with clean ones after each client.

The view was da bomb! The room also nice, larger than I thought, same goes to the bed. They provide us 2 king size and 1 single for one room so just imagine how big the room is. Suggest to buy foods and any necessary items before check in cause the area was very high up to the hill. Hence, the view are superb. Will definitely come again and book this place, thank you!

The arrangement of the rooms can be improvise in future. Appreciate if they can provide us connecting room as per requested cause our room are connect with others and can hear if they talk. No such things the room are occupied cause we check in same time with other families but our room are connect with different families, same goes to others.

Great view of Mt Kinabalu from my balcony! The mountain was fully covered with clouds when i arrived. It appeared clearly the next day.

The room wasnt well prepared for guests. The room had 1 double bed. I requested for extra mattress but it wasnt there when i checked in. Had to go down n requested for it. Only 2 towels given for 3 guests. No soap n tissue roll provided. Had to go down n asked from reception. Bathroom could be cleaner. Otherwise, it would be perfect!

I really like the view and the cold weather

The water heater does not working.. have to boil our own water in order to take a bath

I love the place and the room we were given at the corner. Where we have great view of the mountain and breathe taking scenery.

The place we live in was very old and dirty. There spider webs , crocoraches big ones. The lamb spoilt, like there no house keeping for that place at all

Other than view, nothing else

The view was spectacular, but the room we booked were much different than advertised. If you have middle room, you can clearly hear what happened next door, like walking around the room or snores. The room felt like make if thinnest plywoods. Our room toilet flushes wasn't functioning at all, felt like old timer toilet. Got TV receiver, but no TV

The view was excellent, facing Mount Kinabalu. Cold and unpolluted mountain air, Rooms quite spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Almost everything need was provided.

The road leading up to the resort could have been better. The environment a bit messy as the resort is undergoing some sort of extension/renovation.

Superb view ,it was everything for this accomodation. Look no further if you're looking for the best view. Room facilities was basic ,but it was expected for what we paid for ,no complaints :) We just need hot shower ,which they have. :) Will def book again if i visit the area again.

The fullest view of the mountain from valley to peak. Probably, this resort is the highest in Kundasang. In a clear day, it's a breathtaking picturesque view. You don't have to be a religious person to appreciate the beauty of nature at its best for a city dweller like me. No aircon is needed for places like this.

No meal is available, but no matter. It's a 5 minutes drive to the market.

I love the view of the mountain. Can see clearly from the room. It is an amazing experience to see Mt Kinabalu.

Our rooms doesnt have water heater. Resort has good view of the mountain however needs renovation and looks round down. To get experienced Housekeeper to look into the cleanliness of the bathroom etc. Bed too hard and still using old fashion linen. If can invest a little bit on the linen will give extra comfort.
