Had a room with balcony. Water heater was functioning great. Had a full length mirror which is rare! Overall it was good. The mountains view was magnificent. The air was cold and environment was quiet.

One of the shower towel was not washed properly I guess as I immediately felt itchy right after using that towel. Showered another time and changed into a new towel and it was okay after that. Also,might heard some noises from upstairs like toilet flushing or footsteps as structure is made of wood so it wasn't really soundproof.

Property is well located in high area , cool air, many room options, Restaurant is decent and open not only for own live in customers but also surrounding smaller lodges and homestay guests.

If your room is next to main road (but larger room), you have to put up with night traffice noise. Locals use noisy 4 wheel trucks and bikes, if you rest early, noise from vehicles might disturb some.

Mount kinabalu view is outstanding. Food was ok and price was good. The mattress was really great! Its near to mkgc

Provide better parking spaces. Maybe can hire a person in charge for the parking. Yesterday i hit a big log near the parking area. The breakfast should be improved,we ran out of egg today morning.Maybe can add nasi lemak set to add varieties to the breakfast. Toilet amnesties didn’t include toothbrush and toothpaste,i dont think it will cost you much. Im suggesting that table lamp should be added inside the room.

I am very satisfied with my one night stay here. The view was picturesque and stunning. The room was cosy and clean. They also provided us with quite a range of choices for breakfast, and of course, all were yummyyy. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Sure gonna repeat this soon

Having an issue with the water heater as it hasn't properly functioning during the early morning, I'm not sure why 😅

Variety of food and beverage for breakfast and dinners, and located near Mount Kinabalu and enjoy beautiful and wonderful scenery.

Road condition from Main road to H Benjamin Residence is very bad and hope it will be repaired and continuously maintaining the roads in near future.

Facilities meet hotel standards. Clean room and the facilities are so good and well mantained. their cafe provided breakfast with variety of food choices.They even provide a nice surau for guests.

If you stay at ground floor,you might listen sound from the people staying upstair walking,jumping,running etc.

- The trip itself to the residence/location. - The room is better than some homestays we looked online 😅 - The outstanding view of mt kinabalu. - The char kuey tiaw i had for breakfast was the best kuey tiaw I ever had. May I know who was the chef that cooked my meal at 19th Jan 2023? 🤣 .. Can you deliver that char kuey tiaw to my home in Brunei 😁

- The noises of cars passing by. - the road view from our room - the time we went there. there were construction going on. So its noisy at times.

Recommended Food and Staying there :) i would love to come there again. 16degre at night. Its was so amazingly 🩷

Their parking lot not convenient for the guest….overall was okay except fir the parking

We initially had to cancel the booking due to the recent mount eruption. But when we came to the property 1 day after the day we were supposed to stay, just to try our luck, the owner and the receptionist gone out of their way to give us a room no extra fees. Amazing hospitality
