The view was amazing and the location was strategic. The room was very spacious and could easily accommodate 6 people. Amenities were great and came with everything you'll need

The water heater wasn't working very well and made lots of noise, and the kitchen floor was a bit sticky

The facility is clean and well kept. The overall vibe is good, very cozy and relaxing. The view from the higher situated units are nice too. The man-made river adds an additional sense of tranquility to the stay. A hidden gem!

2 out of 4 rooms that we booked had malfunctioned heater so it can be quite challenging to shower with icy cold water. The main drive way in the facility is rather steep, making it a challenge when walking up/down in the facility compound. If travelling with elderly or children, suggest to request for units situated in the same building/block as the reception to avoid walking up/down the slope. The journey from the main road (after exiting from the 'napa/long cabbage' roundabout) to the facility takes about 5 mins on a poorly maintained road. So if you are not travelling on a 4x4, which definitely helps ease the journey, just drive slowly.

The landscape of the hotel is awesome for pictures. Night view is fantastic and it’s so freezing cold (that’s why it’s kundasang)😁. The architectural of the hotel facade is so amazing and well placed. The BBQ area very clean and spacious to gather a crowd ..an extra bench or stools will be a bonus.

To be honest .. it would be difficult for elderly to “hike” to their respective rooms or walk around to enjoy the morning breeze. The hotel shd consider 0r provide a buggy ride for elders if coming with a tour bus. As buses can’t enter the properties .I came with my 89 old man and I found some difficulty in helping him to “hike” to his room. to and fro.

Everything were brilliant..environment are clean and beautiful,got veggies and flower garden..the small river flow sounds is so peaceful. The last grill pit on the top is awesome.. if you looking for a peaceful place for family holidays then this is one of the best choices..room were spacious ,cozy and tidy. Got hill view but no mt kinabalu view..also there’s a small shop nearby on the street side in case you need any supplies..staff were friendly but most of the time they working on the garden.. overall is superb

The location a bit far, the road way go to homestay a lot hole not good for car. The water heater not function well, sometimes ok sometimes not ok. The bathroom a bit smelly sometimes. The sound insulation a bit poor.

I booked Caravan for my holiday . Not bad, only problem is bathroom was so small and not enough space. Management must upgrade the caravan bathroom. The heater was not working properly . Around 11pm untill morning before sunrise, the dogs barking and gave weird sounds. We heard some unusual creepy noise outside during midnight. Otherwise, overall, the experience stayed at caravan, which was so good

The view is spectacular. Can see sunset directly from the master bedroom. Every room, kitchen and living room are very spacious, suitable to do group activities together. There is also a balcony to chill with the breeze outside at night. The location is very safe and peaceful. Quite near to Kundasang market.

The road to this homestay has too many potholes. Very dangerous for the first timer travellers to drive there as they wouldn't know how deep are the holes.

The place (house building) was nice & beautiful, bbq area was convenient, kitchen was nice, rooms were nice, smart tv, good internet/wifi

Probably only 1, the living room are not equipped with nice sofa, the chair (looks like made by a vase or pasu bunga) is very fragile which is not infant/children friendly, end up everyone were sitting on the floor, just something to be improved la ho

The place is so beautiful !! Cant believe it is located at Kundasang. The view is so beautiful i took a lot of photo there. The room is spacious, clean, shower got heater, also they provided towel, soap shampoo, tea coffee. Please bring ur jacket@sweater and socks because it will be freezing cold at night! Afternoon also cold jangankan malam. The temperature last time when we stay there is 17’ dgree.

Everything is perfect! Just the road to go there is very challenging! Overall is okay!
