Left my things and the host were kind enough to help me got it back. So thankful for the host. It was a nice house with comfy facilities too. The house is impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The facilities are top-notch, catering to every need and ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Everything was well-maintained and in excellent condition, making the stay even more pleasant. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this homestay is a fantastic choice. It has a very amazing and clear view of the mount kinabalu. It’s very clear and majestic looking from the house. When we woke up, the view was very clear without any blocking. It’s a perfect place if you only want to book for the view. The staff/housekeeper lives downstairs and she was very helpful and welcoming. The check in process was smooth too. The view and parking space are spacious. Perfect for big family stay because the space in only for you. We loved the BBQ area too!

It’s a bit old and not very clean. It has no fan in the room, we understand it’s because of the weather at night in kundasang is cold, but during the day it gets very hot, and the fan is only in the living room. When we sleep in downstairs room, it feels suffocating bcs no air flow, if open the window it will be too cold.

I like how private this property is. So my family could enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The view is magnificent. Water pressure also good. Owner separate cutlery for muslim and non muslim use which i very thankful for. This house is spacious and it fit my family of 8 adults, and 3 kids without cramming each other.

Tbh the location quite far from town. For us who is tourist, with our driving skill it took us ard 20 to 30 mins. Even to desa dairy farm it took us around 20 mins to reach. But i dont think this shd be an issue if u want private, quite place to stay.

The view of Mt. Kinabalu from the unit was spectacular. The unit actually consists of three stories, but the lowest level is resided by staff members. We stayed in the second and third levels. There was one room in the second level, and two rooms in the third level. Thankfully, the water pressure was strong enough, as the owner installed a water pump outside the unit. There was hot water available all the time in the bathrooms. Kudos to the team for separating cooking utensils and cutleries to two sets: one set for muslims and another set for non-muslims.

There was a particular smell in the unit, probably due to the damp environment there. The unit is pretty far from town (about 15-20), but the long travelling time was mainly due to the poor road conditions.

The serene and quietness of the environment and the best part is the Magnificent view of Mt. Kinabalu in the morning. Simply breathtaking view. Remember to wake up half an hour before sunrise time to view the "golden rays shining on Mt. Kinabalu". One will never regret waking up early.

The Sabah Electric board (Sabah Electricity supplier) fail us on our night of arrival. No electricity for 3 hours, so we have to eat out. Electricity only comes back at 9pm. For Locals, this is a norm but for oversea travelers. this might be a nuisance experience.

The location of the house was well placed being close to a small shop, glorious views of Mount Kinabalu, various facilities within the house that we were able to use along with it being in a peaceful part of Mesilau where we can easily have a brisk walk early in the morning to look at the views

would've been better if it had a washing machine. better living room along with better assurance for cooking utensils used by Muslims and non-muslims.

The best view of Mt. Kinabalu I’ve ever had so far. Although the amenities are pretty basic, it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The mattress and duvet were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Lots of activities for kids are nearby like the Strawberry Farm, Alpaca Farm and Desa. Great place to bbq or have hotpot; just make sure to bring a gas stove for hotpot and bbq as electrical appliances aren’t allowed. Also the yard is very nice for kids to run around, explore and enjoy.

Firstly, the drive from Nabalu was slightly farther inward than other properties that I’ve stayed at before. Although the road was quite steep it was a doable drive. So personally driving out for meals wasn’t the most convenient, would recommend instead bringing food for bbq or for hotpot instead However the drive was completely worth it for the view of Mt. K. Secondly, the stairs are a bit creaky so it might disturb light sleepers who have to sleep in the bottom room. Finally, the bugs outside did become a bit annoying but it wasn’t a big issue.

Can't say anything. Come and experience it yourself. The scenery here is really breathtaking. Bring big family here and all of them were stunned by the view of Gunung Kinabalu from this property. We're all really2 satisfied with the stay.

Maybe the owner can clear up the unnecessary thing around outside of this property to make the view outside of property more suitable for photos.

The road to the place is too far, Dusty windows and at few corners of the house, spider webs, some of the window net are broken, the dining chairs too fragile my 4 year old todd sat on 1 of it and fell on her bum from the broken chair.

The location was fantastic. View of the majestic Mt Kinabalu was simply breathtaking.

The place was comfortable for us ..a family of 10 but the whole place could do with some minor improvements to make it even better.
