For stay in a short time maybe worth it your money but for a long trip better book with a nearby in pekan kundasang

1. Firstly the parking was so crowded when their have car about 4/5 2. The blanket a bit smelly 3. No appliances were provided such as iron /hair dryer 4. There’s no water early in the morning (or it just coincidence that time?)

Toilets, Pathways such as stairs and lighting need to be improved.

Unfortunately, the hotel tried to cheat me. I paid at check-in with xash, because despite the fact that I paid with a credit card, there was no trace of the payment in my bank, and the hotel did not receive this payment either. The receptionist refused to give me a payment confirmation. They did not even want to send information through booking.com that I paid in cash. After returning from Mount Kinabalu, I went to collect my luggage, which I left at the hotel for storage. At that time, the money from my credit card had already been transferred to the hotel. I asked for a refund, but the receptionist refused, saying that they had received the payment, but it was not their money. I started recording the conversation and said that I would report it to Visa Chargebqck and attach the video. A renovation is highly recommended. 20 years ago this was considered a very basic standard in Southeast Asia. If you are used to sleep aside a motorway it could be ok. We underestimated the amount of traffic during the night. Unfortunately we had no water the last morning. This could not be fixed by the personnal. Thus we left without having a shower although we had our own bathroom.

The facility still acceptable with the price. But have bed bug. My whole family get bite by bedbug whole body. I need to get down to KK to get a laundry wash my shirt ( clean or dirty) to kill the bedbug.
