We cooked our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. That was great for us! The view we had of the golf course and distant mountains was wonderful. We had read the place was dated and noisy, but we found it was very nice and quiet. We used the pool and roamed about the property a bit. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well kept. Sarah at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The coffee was fantastic!

The arrangement of the bed and other furniture could have been better. We had to improvise for bedside tables with the breakfast table chairs, but we managed well enough.

We really liked the little kitchen with full fridge, stove, oven. Well stocked with cooking items, utensils, plates, etc! Also enjoyed the view of the golf course. Big spacious room with 2 pull out sofas and a table and chairs!

The bathroom - in need of updating. Drain plug in sink was stuck closed and had to take it out completely. The rubber mat stuck onto the floor of the tub (literally could not be removed) made me cringe.

The hotel has two locations one in-land about 2 miles from the lake, the rooms at this location are all studios with a full kitchen, overlooking a public golf course, really lovely view and spacious rooms great for 2 people. there are also outdoors grills, the other location is on the lake. guests have free use of the kayaks and row boats.

the only complain I have is that during our stay, there were 5 kayaks available to use but only a set of 4 paddles.

The staff was exceptionally courteous, respectful, and the ladies were great at explaining everything. Location was great. The yacht club apartments were right by the lake, with beautiful views, convenient parking, and easy access to the property. The free kayaks and paddle boats were a nice bonus. The lake is so peaceful and quiet in the morning. This was a good getaway, even if for a few morning hours. Spacious apartment with everything we needed, if not more than that. Comfortable bed with nice sheets. Heaters worked in every room, which was a nice convenience.

The shower was rather on a compact side, but that's not a big deal. Liquid hand soaps instead of soap bars would be a nice upgrade (: Also, the coffee packs provided were much appreciated, but it would be nice to have a few more of those. In the yacht club's storage room downstairs, where life jackets were, the drop ceiling into one of the rooms was so low and unexpected, that I hit my head pretty hard. It was my fault - I wasn't looking as I was too excited about the paddle boats, but it would be nice to have some kind of warning label or maybe a rubber/foam protector on the ceiling corner for tall blind and clumsy animals like me.

The pool area was very clean, i really liked that there was a limit to how many people could use the pool at once. Our room was big enough for all 4 of us. I loved being able to wake up and sit outside comfortably. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

The mountain view was just a good course. A boring view.

Although the accommodation isn't by the lake it has a yacht club down there where you can use the kayaks. This was a fantastic experience - so good in fact that we went twice in one day. It was really easy to book them. Everyone was very friendly; there are a lot of Americans who return to this resort year after year. Our son enjoyed using the gym, pool and Games room. I really liked being able to use the outdoor gas BBQ - made cooking very easy. It was lovely to have a balcony to sit out on, especially at breakfast time, watching the early golfers below.

The decor is a bit tired, especially in the Games room. Using the Driving Range was very expensive.

Location at yacht club was fantastic, we didn't realise there were two locations, one at yacht club snd one at golf club. Where we were had agreatview of thelake and was very close to various bars and restaurants. Apartmebt was clean and spacious with cooking facilities and a big cupboard for storage. Have already recommended to friends. Staff were great. Loved the whole experience. Thanks!

Wonderful place close to Lake Winnipesaukee and a golf club. The location is amazing and just a few minutes by car to Brewster Beach which is simply outstanding. The room was very spacious and it was fully furnished with everything we needed. We really regretted staying there only one night, but we will definitely be back in the future!

The hotel is a bit old and needs some renovation, but there was nothing to really complain about.

Sarah and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating to my son and I. Moving us from our downtown location to be more pool adjacent made the trip very exciting for my child. The room and grounds were clean and more than adequate, with a homelike quality. We will most certainly be back sometime in the near future.

Nothing... Really it was very homey

It was very clean and the studio had everything that one need it, the kitchenette was a pleasant surprise.

The photos about the property were confusing. I thought the location is on the town by the lake. The resort has a location for renting water ustensile by the lake and one can think that’s the location of the resort. The check in time is a bit late and the check out is a bit too early.
