The property was about a 20 minute walk from the port area and easily accessible by means of the bus services. It was a little hard to find but prior contact with the guesthouse made this a lot easier and their information was invaluable. Although the pool was empty at the time of our visit there was plenty of useable outside spaces to relax. The kitchen facilities were great with your own space allocated within the fridge should you so wish to use it.
The towels were a little worn and we did find the shared bathroom a bit small. However, on out next visit we will book a room with a private bathroom. This was our first time visiting the guesthouse but we will certainly revisit on the next occassion.

The house was lovely and clean. I saw a couple of the staff and they were really friendly and helpful. I arrived early to the room which wasn't ready, but the staff I spoke to prepared the room straight away so it was only a short wait and I was several hours early so no big deal. There were kitchen facilities available where you could prep food and make drinks, tea bags and coffee were provided. The room was clean and had hanging space for clothes with drawers. The room had AC, but no TV, but that wasn't needed as they provided free super fast WiFi. I can't really fault the guesthouse and would stay again
I think the only thing I didn't like was the distance to Málaga. It is a very good walk and up a steep hill, but then again most things are in Spain. If you're not good for walking then it would mean a taxi into Málaga. I have a sitting down job and managed the walk sometimes twice a day but my legs were definitely aching

Nice and quiet neighbourhood. As a solo traveller I never felt unsafe walking home from city centre or vice versa. Helpful and friendly staff and I really enjoyed the peaceful garden. Perfect for its price range!
The only downside with renting the separate apartment was the fact that I had to lock the door and go around the corner of the street to access the garden through the gate. It made it bit inconvenient (bring a snack, a drink, a book, lock the door, wear clothes over the bikini etc etc), which I guess could be important to keep in mind when renting the deluxe apartment with one bedroom. Did not keep me from enjoying the lovely garden everyday though! :)

Such a cute and cozy place with a little pool and beautiful garden. It was wonderful to eat breakfast under the lemon trees and afterwards swim in a pool, even though it's really small. The staff was very polite and friendly, especially the one I had a long chat about traveling, different cultures and life values. She was such a lovely person making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, even though a bit far from the train station, but close to all attractions and grocery stores. We will definitely come again!
The pillows are quite flat and small, and the doors don't keep the noise out, but nevertheless we slept quite well (thanks to the earplugs!) and these are quite petite minuses compared to how lovely our stay was!

I highly recommend. The place exceeded our expectations. First of all, very clean, tastefully decorated. Beautiful rooms. Clean, well-kept bathrooms ... and the garden, magical. Very quiet, safe place. I don't remember when I relaxed so much while being in a hotel. White hammocks, figs, lemons, bananas on trees. Super equipped kitchen (coffee, tea for guests. The owner is very nice - you can see that she cares. I highly recommend.Gosia i Beata from Poland. ps. I know other guests were also impressed with this cozy place. Thank you !!!
nothing! there was nothing to dislike!!!!!

A charming guesthouse that is in an ideal location for exploring Malaga. The centre is within walking distance while the guesthouse is in a quiet residential area so ideal for relaxing too, especially given the lovely garden full of fruit trees with plenty of places to sit and relax. The ladies that work at the guest house, Yolanda, Rudy and Silvi, alongside the owner Noelia are all wonderful. They were always friendly and helpful and ensured that the guesthouse feels like a home, working really hard to make sure that guests are happy. The house itself is lovely, with large bright rooms, a shared kitchen and living room with everything you might need and either private or shared bathrooms (we had a shared bathroom but it felt like a private bathroom a lot of the time!). This is the second time we have stayed and we will definitely return so I could not recommend anywhere more!

Nicely decorated room with my own balcony overlooking the garden. There is a common room to have breakfast or watch television and a kitchen with supplies and some basics like coffee, tea, cereals etc. Every room has its own shelf in the fridge. Very homely. The garden has plenty of seats and a small pool (closed when I was there, probably opens in the hot summer months).
It is super noisy. You hear doors slam from the other rooms all the time. Tiny shower. There is no staff to welcome you or check you in, the whole process is online with key boxes out front, so that made a bit impersonal. The location itself is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but it is quite a stroll to the (north) center of Malaga, about 15 minutes of which a part is uphill/downhill. There is a bus service and of course you can also grab a taxi.

This has to be one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in. It felt like I was in Santorini. I may be biased, but it pleased me so much. The whole hotel was beautifully painted in blue and white. The courtyard had a small pool and a variety of tables and chairs for people to use and chill. The room was spacious and luminous. The trees gave a beautiful shade in the garden and added to the beauty of it. There is a kitchen with amenties provided. Gou can store your food and prepare light meals. The hotel is kept spotless by the girls. This is a perfect place for someone who just wants a very chill holiday. I didn't go to the beach but apparently it's nearby.
Over all the experience was great. I had room 5 which in all honesty is located in the center of noise, so avoid it if you can. Also, the bathroom is shared with room 6. If you want to sleep in, maybe try booking another room if you can.

It was very good that we had a balcony. Beautiful view from the balcony. There is a table on the balcony and we had breakfast there. The house has a kitchen. I would like to mention the beautiful garden of the house with lemon trees, hammocks and a swimming pool. There is plenty of space in the garden. The pool was cleaned and water changed daily. The room was very clean. The room was cleaned upon request. Very responsive staff. 30 minutes walk to the sea with a child. But we walked to the nearest stop and continued on by bus. Sometimes we walked the whole way if we wanted to take a walk. If you have a car, keep in mind that the road near the lady has a slope. Parking is not difficult, but not for everyone :). You can park a little higher, there is horizontal parking. Excellent value for money and quality. I would come back here again.
I would like a slightly larger shower stall. There is little space in the shower and a narrow door to enter it. This was not a problem for us. But if the guest is large, then this can be a problem.
