From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and impressive. Staff was very professional and informative and quick. Our 1 bedroom balcony room was huge. Bed comfy, huge walk-in shower, all creature comforts and our own European laundry. Over looking the garden was lovely. The complex backs onto the beach which was amazing! Room was exceptionally clean!

Few things we didn't like but can't be helped, in a way. Traffic was noisey, and the pool was closed for reno. The lift only goes up 1 floor and you still had to take a few stairs to get to your building and room. I.forgot about pre-booking an accessible room well ahead. (which is my fault) None of these would stop me from staying there again in a heartbeat or lower my score.

Incredible location, facilities, and setup. Our room was located on the ground floor level, with a small outdoor seating area that overlooked the coastal forest. Nothing compares to waking up to the sounds of nature. The beach is just a two minute walk straight from the hotel’s pathways, where you’ll often be accompanied by king skinks and bobtails along the way. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Pool was huge, with a spa in a separate area surrounded by the beautiful gardens. We enjoyed the ocean views paired with happy hour at the hotel restaurant (Toby's), followed by a delicious dinner. It was very well priced with friendly and attentive staff to top off our experience. During our two night stay, we travelled to Indijup, Eagle Bay, Dunsborough Beach, and Busselton, close commute to all.

If you are a light sleeper, there is some traffic noise from Caves Road and chatter from rooms next door. However, we were unbothered by both. The only downside is that we had to leave...... It was really tough checking out and returning back to our working life in Perth. We will definitely be back!

We chose Club Wyndham at Dunsborough for its location, providing easy and enjoyable access to a family function via a 9 minute walk along the beach/bike path. The suites and apartments were comfortable and suited the different ages in the family group. We could move safely and easily between our various rooms, with minimal disruption to other guests, enjoy quiet shade in the well kept grounds and had easy, safe access and use of the outdoor facilities - barbecue, pool, spa, chess board etc.

Rooms were absolutely perfect, had everything you could need or want. Love that they had the 2 rooms and a hallway door as we were a young family and our kids could sleep soundly whilst we were in the lounge room. Kitchen had everything you need and a large fridge, washer and dryer, comfy couches, beautiful balcony. Rooms were also very quiet and could not hear other guests through the walls. Pool and spa were heated which was fantastic.

Reception "host" was very pushy about sitting for a timeshare talk which I had 0 interest in even after telling them multiple times. Had been driving for hours with 2 small kids and was the last thing I wanted someone to ram down my throat.

Rooms were well equipped and accomodation spacious enough. Everything needed for a short or long stay. Found it all exceptionally clean. Access to sport equipment was really good.

There is no restaurant or coffee shop available for lunch or dinner on Sundays and Mondays. Location isn’t close enough to walk to another option. Found this disappointing. Compensation was happy hour drinks but there are no cooked options for food, not even chips or maybe even a charcuterie board.

Restaurant closed on two days which was inconvenient. Surely one day at most is adequate. Staff were great and food good. The 3rd night you had a large group booking which made it almost impossible to be served properly as there were only 2 staff present running their feet off and basically not performing up to their own expectations. We felt sorry for your staff and went to Hilton next night so as to not add pressure.

Restaurant only issue.

Reception welcome was excellent. Efficient, friendly and engaging. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and chatty. Made our party feel at ease and relaxed and the dining experience more enjoyable. Also great happy hour from 4-6pm with half price cocktails!

The rooms could be a bit cleaner, especially the couches and bedsheets. There was quite a bit of sand, dust and small bits of rubbish on the couch and the bed had some hair in it at the foot inside the covers.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped accommodation with a lovely view from the balcony over the landscaped gardens. Good facilities - pool, sunbeds, games equipment, access to the beach. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The grounds were quiet and relaxing, the balcony was a quiet area to sit and wasn't overlooked.

There was a lot of traffic noise from the front of the apartment which was unavoidable, fortunately once the bedroom door was closed all was quiet again so we could get an undisturbed night's sleep! Would have loved the cafe/restaurant to be open for breakfast and snacks throughout the day, there was nowhere within walking distance which was disappointing.

We have been coming here for the past 3 years for our Wedding Anniversary. We love how peaceful it is, the pool, so close to the beach.

We stayed in Block 1 this time. Unfortunately we didn't 100% enjoy our evening/nights due to our room being opposite the BBQ area. It was very busy in the evening with guests having their meals and chats. (Obviously their on holiday too) but we found it very loud. Especially when guests chose to stay up late and enjoy each other's company and alcohol involved. Also the flood lights to the BBQ area stayed on all night which was pointing directly into our room.
