The room was very good and clean. The beach was just 2 minutes by walk away

The gym was in front of my room, so you could hear all the classes and noises early in the morning

Staff were very helpful and gave us tips about the local area. The room was really big and in a great location, right next to Rawai beach and a big seafood market with delicious food. The muay thai gym it was located in didn't bother us, as training started at 8am and finished in the afternoon, so we were able to sleep just fine. Overall great value for money!

The shower pressure was very low, they fixed a leak from the shower hose but it still didn't fix the pressure problem.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I extended my stay, everything is super clean. very close to 711, macaw cafe is next door with cheap buffet, beach is right across the road, Ya Nui beach is 20minute walk, 18 minute walk to Rawai Pier.

The hotel saved me since the hotel I was supposed to stay at turned out to be closed! They gave me a room late at night and then accommodated me for a second night without complication. They provided me with a receipt too needed for the mess up with the other hotel. Really helpful staff, the most comfortable bed, working ac and the most perfect location...by the beach, restaurants and bars. Muay Thai gym connected if you wanna try out some classes too!

Couldn't get the WiFi to work, but I also didn't ask for help with this so not their fault.

nightclub music at night. This is a common problem in Thailand and not really the fault of the hotel.

Great hotel....stone through from beach and resteraunts... Staff super friendly and room large and spotless... Would have stayed longer but fully booked...(no surprise) 10/10

Get use to the mauy Thai gym noises in the mornings ☺️

Very clean, very spacious room and bathroom, friendly owner, possibility of using the gym and the gym's shower after checkout, air conditioning and hot water, good price quality ratio.

It’s in the gym so can’t ask for a better spot to go if you want to get into class and do a Muay Thai session at 8am :
