1. Elegant and big room with a gorgeous view to the Palace of Culture. Quiet and comfortable to sleep. Especially happy for the unexpected upgrade to a junior suite. 2. SPA area with warm pool, jacuzzi and saunas with great opening hours (7:30-22:00). 3. One of the best breakfasts I ever had. 4. Polite and helpful staff. 5. Great location.

The staff was very friendly, the food was good and it has a nice spa center although the swimming pool is not too big, but it's great for a hotel that is in the city center.

Some of the buttons outside the lift does not work, either they are blocked by software or something else, I almost remained trapped at first floor because after getting out of the lift there was no way to get the lift back because the buttons did not work. I couldn't het somewhere else since both doors were closed and I was trapped in the hall. I was lucky that someone has come also at floor 1 for the breakfast (the breakfast was actually holding at floor 0, not floor 1 as I was instructed at my arrival) and I could take the lift back to 0. I guess there was some miscommunication between employees which happens and it's fine.

This was my third visit to Iasi and second time stay in this hotel. Owing to location, I would say this is the best hotel in Iasi. It is a nice 4-5 stars hotel facing the Palace mall and was surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants. Easy stay, available food, available coffee, shopping and easy transportation. Go for it

Location, junior suite big and well equipped, spa very nice , amazing breakfast and staff in the restaurant.

Reservation lady a bit rude, shower head was broken asked to be fixed when we went out and they did not. Called and suggested to take from a non used room one and change and they did it in the end.

You have everything what you need in the hotel including a sky restaurant at the last floor and it’s very close to the Palas area. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable you could get a good sleep. It deserves 4 stars for the best hotel of Iasi.

Some amenities were old, premium but old. A weird and ugly smell came from the bathroom, we had the room at 5th floor direction north-west, 512.

Every thing was good

The indoor pool and spa were beautiful. The water was so refreshing with no overwhelming chlorine treatment. The sauna and steam room were in excellent condition. It was such a treat for my grandson to be able to exercise when it was below freezing outside! The buffet breakfast was an amazing feast. It had everything you could imagine for breakfast. A coffee bar with great cappuccino and a made to order omelet station. Meats cheeses and pastries. Fruit vegetables and juices. You could eat every day for a week as I did and not be bored.

I can’t think of anything that didn’t exceed my expectations except it was difficult trying to get enough ice for this spoiled American!

Good position, good food.

In the initial room the AC was not working. They gave us another room, this time no toilet paper and towels with holes in it. I recommend a little bit more management attention to housekeeping and general maintenance of the hotel.

It’s still a decent place, with nice and welcoming staff.

The place is a bit outdated, a renovation will be more than welcome. Shower needs replacement. The breakfast is not as nice as it was a few years ago.

The hotel is in a central area near the Palat Mall and the Palace of Culture. Spacious room, modern and pleasant design, including a kettle for making tea and a safe. The hotel has a spa with a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The service of the staff is excellent - they are courteous and take care of any problem. Overall -The hotel makes your staying in Iasi fun and enjoyable. .

There were several problems with facilities in the room - which were handled by the hotel staff.
