Great views across the River Elbe. We chose this hotel as our sons wanted to visit the Airbus factory nearby. We were a little concerned at it being on the south of the river but there is a ferry dock very close by and making use of the convenient and regular ferry service became an added bonus to our break.

I really recommend this place to everyone. Just know it’s a bit far from the center. At first, we were a little disappointed, but then we found out we could leave the car at the hotel and take a ferry every 15 minutes. It was a fun and easy way to get to the city.

Great base to explore Hamburg or as a stopover for long distance travel. Excellent car park with no height limit. The river view is lovely and there is a ferry to take you to the town just outside.

The restaurant closes pretty early and getting Uber eats or lieferando or one of the other delivery services is hit and miss - it’s a bit far out of the town for good food service after 8pm.

This hotel has the perfect location with a view directly to the Elbe River. At the same time next to the Airbus Facility in Hamburg. So if you are interested in following huge ships along the Elbe entering the Hamburg Harbour or you are a plane spotter - this is the place! Lots of green around the hotel. We stayed in an executive room and enjoyed this.

Beds a bit to hard.

Very large and clean room, great breakfast.

Restaurant closed at 9pm, no room service possible as they were too busy. Also the balcony door in the family room had no lock and chairs on the balcony which gave my toddler ideas. Of course his behaviour is my responsibility but it would have been nice to have been able to lock the balcony door.

Everything was good specially the chief he took care of everyones preferences in the breakfast buffet

If they can provide better products in the bathroom like the shampoo handwash conditioner other than that everything was perfect

Interesting location outside Hamburg, but still near with the ferries. I could not cast from my Android to the television set. About 50 Euros by taxi from Hamburg centre to the hotel.

In room entertainment could be moore modern They could also offer "Quick check out" at the reception, very time consuming to check out. Free coffe and workplace in the Lobby are would be great.

If you want to catch the true spirit of Hamburg, stay at this hotel. The view from the rooms facing river Elbe is priceless. You get to see all the big ships coming in from all over the world in a panoramic view. The rooms are highly comfortable, with a lot of attention paid to details. You get there by ferry.

The reception was werry slow and didnt call back as promissed.

A little remote from the city center, but I loved the "island" feeling, the trips with the ferry and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Good breakfast, really comfy beds, wellness space is great, too.
