The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room that we got included a lounge, bathroom and bedroom; all of good size. The whole hotel was excellently decorated. The hotel is well located with easy access to restaurants and other food outlets. Most of the towns “items to see” are within a miles walking distance.

Only breakfast served…but then they referred us to a nearby restaurant!

This was my second stay in this holtel. Just as previously experienced, over my 4 night stay this time, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is small enough that every guest is personnally known and still offers the level of service that larger hotels often provide, The cooked part of the breakfast was also always freshly prepared according to my personal wishes, unlike in mny hotels today. Crispy bacon was also always available. The location is also very good with numerous good restaurants within walking distance.

The only small disapointment was that their own restaurant was curently not available due to renovation. However, as already mentioned sufficient alternative restaurants were available close by.

A very nice small and clean hotel. Quite a large room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent location for our purposes (opera and balet). Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the breakfast room. Very good breakfast. We'll certainly return.

Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with very good coffee and freshly cooked pancakes, omelettes and scrambled eggs. Wine cellar with interesting wines. Good Italian restaurant in house. Location directly next to the castle and old town perfect to get a first impression of the city. I shall return.

Good breakfast options, room was clean and bathroom was spacious. AC worked well. Staff were excellent.

I booked the room thinking there was a real sauna on site but there was just an infrared sauna. The light switches were a bit weird and did not always work. There was only one large pillow for sleeping.

Receptionist was very nice and handled all requests well.

Not four star level hotel, rather three star. Very few electric sockets in room and none next to bed. Had to borrow extension chord from reception. Restaurant was temporarily closed in the evening.

Great location and friendly staff. Hotel was clean and the food was very good. Enjoyed having a refrigerator and mini bar.

I would have preferred the ability to lower the temperature in the room without opening the windows. May have just been user error on my end.

Great location in the heart of Old town, large, comfortable and clean room. The lady at the front desk and the ones in the restaurant were really nice.

The pillows were not really comfortable for me.

Hotel Zamek is a great little hotel. Its like hotels were long time ago when hotels were focused on their guests. The staff did what they should and they worked as hotel was their destiny. The rooms a spacy and especially the bathroom is spacy and nice. The lamps in the ceiling is a bit special but that is a part of the deal. Don't miss their great breakfast and live cooking. A wonderful woman is fresh and offer you a selection of eggs and even pancakes. And she loves her job. They have a small parking area in the back. That's convenient when you travel with lots of stuff in your car. The hotel is right in the center of the old city. Here are lots of cafe's and wine bars etc. in fact since Zameks restaurant was being renovated I had dinner next door at Timo's - try their Pork knuckle YAMMI!!

I wish that I had more time to explore Stettin. Stettin is not a place you drive by. So I recommend to take a day or two there its great.
