Breakfast was good. My adolescent boys liked it. The selection was standard. The staff was very friendly. The front desk staff made me feel welcomed. The housekeeping staff was attentive to our request. The pool area was very clean. Lots of towels and the pool was heated. We used the outdoor grill and front desk supplied the utensils and seasoning! The area had many eating options and was safe! It was relatively close to the beach. The public library was right next door!

Clean the grill after use or suggest that hotel occupants clean it after use. Refill coffee containers during the day. Night staff needs to be more attentive between 5 and 7am. Cleaning staff needs to make sure that any pet scents are cleared before turning over the room. Didn't like that parking was an additional $15 a day and was not disclosed at booking. I recommend just adding the $15/day to the price of the room. I hate being nickeled and dimed.

The staff was amazing, and the cleaning team was outstanding. I love the shared areas within the hotel and big plus there are super markets and restaurants nerby. But otherwise, the hotel experience with the staff and place was good.

The only thing i unfortunately have to mention is that the carpet had some stains, which made the room look a bit bad, and also some drawers in the kitchen would not close properly. Under the beds, it was a bit dusty as my cat traveled with us he was hiding under the beds, and he worked as a swiffer lol!

Great airport hotel with nice pool, kitchenette and a very comfortable lobby if you need to wait around for your flight after checkout. Good breakfast buffet options.

The surrounding neighbourhood does not feel that safe - we preferred not to leave the hotel, and it really is a long way from LA's attractions. The advertised pizza restaurant on the premises was disappointing. Pool rules not enforced during our stay - a large group (loudly) monopolised the pool area from midday until about 5am (well beyond the advertised operating hours).

The room , I was also able to check in earlier which was awesome. Also the free breakfast was so delicious

The 18 parking charge , even when I had a parking pass. I think parking should be free for people who book a room. Also the elevator needs to be checked, It’s not such a smooth ride up & down, it’s kind of scary.

- Nice and large room, we where 5 adults and it worked out well. - Breakfast included, with very good coffee - Cooking possibilities and a good size fridge - Affordable room rate in the LA area.

- USD 18 for parking per night in a non busy area :-( - Noisy AC in the room - Even if we booked for 5 persons, we always got towels for only 3 and had to contact front desk each time. - Breakfast serving is an disaster! Keep running out of food all the time and slow on re-fills. Not enough seating's for all guests.

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights in a Queen room with 2 queen beds. Our room was very spacious with kitchen facilities. The microwave and fridge/freezer was very useful. The pool was spectacular, very big and clean and it also had a jacuzzi. There are multiple fireplaces around the pool to relax after swimming which was amazing. Great selections of hot drinks available all day.

Although our stay was amazing, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. The sausages were dry, only one type of egg was made daily and it was mostly dry/cold. There were only 2 options of cereal and you would have to pay if you wanted another kind (pay near front desk).

I love this hotel. Its amenities are really nice, and I especially enjoy their breakfast each time I come here. The location is great and is a good choice if you are going to SoFi Stadium, its about a 10 minute ride via car. We always stay here when going to SoFi/Youtube Theater

They use the modern showers without a curtain, and the glass pane only goes halfway. With this, you have to be careful to not get water everywhere

I liked the large lobby area and dining area plus a whole other area with TVs and lounging and dining options. The kids loved the basketball court. The beds were super comfy.

I didn’t like that there was no lotion and parking fee was outrageous.

Housekeeping did not come once in our 5 day stay. Asked for them to clean and bring towels, toilet paper and new sheets. This did not happen. That was the only thing that we feel they fell short on. Had to call and ask 2 times and had to make a trip to the front desk to ask about it because it wasn’t done. We we returned from dinner all we had was a pile of new towels no toilet paper, paper towel and beds not made. A little disappointed. The rooms were amazing and new and very clean. This was just a little thing that fell short. Everything else about this hotel definitely close to perfect.
