Relatively small resort with only 60 rooms, but each with private pool. Each issue raised was handled immediately and very friendly. Modern rooms with freestanding bath tub. Attention to a lot of details. Great location, all places we visited were within 5 Min with TukTuk or Taxi. Very nice and helpful staff. There are not many resorts, where the GM bids you farewell when leaving (and giving Macrons on the way).

No improvements possible (and we are experienced and "picky" travellers).

The territory and the room were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful (if you would need anything, they would always try to do their best to assist), the spa center service is also very good (I’ve tried Thai massage, aroma oil massage and everything was beyond my expectations and the woman was so kind and delicate, so it was a true luxurious experience). The hotel is not big, but the way everything is organized, it feels so exclusive and private, the perfect destination for the romantic holiday. Also, the restaurant: we tried 70% of menu and everything was very delicious and various.

We absolutely enjoyed everything from the comfort of the beds, the ambience of the rooms, the spaciousness and the private pool. We booked a sky, pool suite and it was magnificent, we could not fault it. breakfast at the hotel was sensational with lots of variety, very fresh and the staff were accommodating at every request! Upon leaving, we were given a goodbye gift. Totally unexpected, but such a lovely gesture Will definitely return as this was a favourite!!

As returning customers we still have heaps of praise for this place, especially the staff going out of their way to make the stay perfect.

The breakfast selection is absolutely not adequate for a place in this price range. Quality is excellent but choice is very limited.

Great location. Nice room with garden pool. Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Great shower and bath, but not enough hot water to fill it. Room kept very clean including private garden and pool. Staff super helpful with crossing the busy road, free yoga session, etc. Flip flops & bag for the beach. Lots of storage for clothes, Nice public pool area. Great sea view over public infinity pool for breakfast to beach/sea. Excellent buffet breakfast, great choice if fresh fruit. Welcome drink and canapés certain days. Easy walk to restaurants and bars of hua hin. 5 min walk to Lomprayha Office for bus and ferry transfers to Koa Samui Koh Tao.

Gym not extensive, Annoying 10% Service Charge added to all meals and drinks. menu price is not what you will pay. For a 5 star hotel would not expect it, though it’s common in Thailand. we did not eat in hotel other than breakfast which was included in RoomRate, because it was over priced in our opinion. We chose to walk in to center with a multitude of choices at a fraction of the cost (some that did not add service charge). hotel shows some wear and tear in places.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing – always super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was a big plus: right on the beach and just a short walk to the city center. Having our own private pool in the room was a real highlight – such a great way to unwind in privacy.

The only downside was that some guests reserved sunbeds at the main pool by leaving their towels there, which made it hard to find a spot at times. It would be great if the hotel could do something about that.

Breakfast was good, decent selection and good quality food Rocks restaurant was ok, I wouldn’t say the cooking was anything to write home about but it was fine The staff were great, my wife was Ill and fainted in the room suffering a small cut.The staff response was brilliant giving her first aid, very grateful for their support

Noisy air conditioning. We had to move rooms as the compressor broke down. The second room was even noisier due to being near a large piece of machinery that I assumed was the Hotel boiler. Luckily we had earplugs with us for the few remaining nights. The room 116, is also next to a storage/ maintenance room which contained gas cylinders and was also noisy during the day. Avoid this room

This is a small hotel, which offers exceptional hospitality. The staff are charming, modest and very well trained. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and very quiet. Breakfast offers a very wide choice, and dishes are prepared to your order. Service throughout the hotel's amenities is first class. Happy hours, both in the early and late evening, serve drinks on the rooftop bar. Under the stars! The special barbecue on a Tuesday, following a drinks reception for all guests, offers great seafood - as much as you wish.

Before booking this excellent hotel, be aware that it does not have any real access to the beach at this location. This isn't a problem if you just enjoy being around the large hotel pool. Perhaps the management should take more stringent steps to stop selfish guests 'reserving' sunbeds with beach towels in their extended absences.

We booked the room with a private pool as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Everything was beyond our expectations. There was a cake waiting for us on arrival, which made it even more special and was even given a small gift on our last day (box of macaroons).The bed, food, environment , reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, bell boy, and the driver were all friendly and helpful, and alwayshad a smile in their face. Thanks to Bonus, Phimol, and Julie (didn't get everyone's names) for the warm welcome and helping to sort out trips (the drinks and cool towel were very handy). We will definitely stay here again if ever in Hua Hin.

Loved everything

Firstly, great location. Secondly, staff were outstanding - helpful and friendly across every team. The housekeeping was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely - particularly the fresh fruit which was prepared to order.

Only downside is that the garden suite pools were in the shade, so we used it less than expected. The sun-bed area in the grassed area in front of the sea always had beds available although it is not a huge space- and the staff help with finding beds/space.
