The stuff here is very nice polite very good explanation that had to help at this as they can. I love all the day that we stay here very nice. The room is so clean. The room like that I choose is the Japanese style. It's have 2 room inside, 1 bedroom and 1 the living room. I have to do my work go sleep late but it not disturb my family, they can sleep well. It's very near to the shopping center. Have family mart near here open 24 hour if that you need something in the night time. It's really worth it to stay here. Im recommend

If someone that don't like the smell of the wood maybe this is not the right choice for you it will smell like some kind of dessert. The room is look so old which someone maybe don't like it but in my opinion I really like it how the way that they take care so good of the old thing like air conditioner, radio.

The location was fantastic, as it is within a major shopping area and had good transport links. We found the staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The food court downstairs was awesome, especially the kaiten zushi restaurant with the robot train serving us. Though it's an older hotel, it was well-maintained and had the convenience of a coin laundry right near our room. We stayed in a Japanese style room, which was spacious and had a lot of storage available. It was excellent value, with the bonus of a toilet and separate bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were not really to our liking.

The breakfast was superb. There was a wide variety of choices, both Japanese and Western cuisine. The order made French toast and omelet were splendid. The yogurt was great. Also there was easily accessible children's tableware and chairs. Lovel flowers to view while eating breakfast.

The bed was rather lumpy. The size was fine and pillows great, but it seems like springs could be felt.

It was located near a few malls so it is very easy to go out and purchase things and shop if u want. Also, it is near enough to the station, and there are a lot of food options along the way too.

There is not a lot of electrical outlets so it was a bit of a hassle when charging our items.

The family room was very comfortable for 4 adults. Had separate dining/living room area.

Staff was helpful and friendly but not conversant with English. Staff should be trained to use electronic translators to make things easier for the guest.

The convenience of the location, the cleanliness of the bathroom everyday and the fact that I can leave things at the front desk for people to come and pick up.

Great location in the heart of Niigata's Bandai area. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all on the hotel doorstep

The manager let me stay in a suite room without any extra fee, after complaining the bed stain on our first room. The hotel is next to the train station. Easy access to all.
