We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this stunning Santorini villa. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. The villa was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home and more. The outdoor space was particularly impressive, with a private pool, jacuzzi on the balcony, and multiple terraces offering panoramic views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea, not to mention the beautiful sunrise over the water. The villa's location was also perfect, just a short walk from the charming village of Fira with its winding streets, boutique shops, and world-class restaurants. George was incredibly cute in addition to being friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for local activities and dining options. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience at Lillium and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation. We can't wait to come back!

We were met by property manager George on arrival, he had arranged our taxi collection from the airport. He showed us the key code (no physical keys, which is handy) & other property info then. There was a booklet prepared for local resteraunts, various price ranges, things to do, etc. We ended up speaking directly with George on our first full day, and he arranged bookings for a couple of lovely restaurants in Thira, as well as a catamaran trip that was far better than any I had seen to book online myself. So if you want to do that, def check with him before booking your own tickets, as the tour we had was perfect. I would suggest speaking with him before arranging most things, as he has excellent local knowledge/connections to support your experience. FYI he was available on site through the day. Nice touch of welcome bottle of delicious wine, and daily water. I really loved the villas. We booked last min, so many places in/around Fira were booked, luckily this place popped up as a the last room left, and I'm really glad it was here. You likely know there is a lot of stairs/uphill walking in Santorini, esp Fira-to-Firostefani. If this is a concern, staying this side of Fira will be a big help. It is a more graduated walk uphill, it was only 10-mins from Fira main town, and felt so quiet and peaceful away from that main bustle. If you walk anywhere from Firostefani upwards, you'll notice while many villas have views of the Caldera, there are often people walking past (or doing the hike to Oia - recommend!). Staying at Lilium was wonderfully quiet & a great base to relax between activities. The villas have a private plunge pool to cool off more privately on your balcony space, or there is a cooler infinity-style main pool with large (double) sunbeds built into the shallow part of the pool. Use the bakery 10-min walk away for breakfast. Would highly recommend staying, perfect base for exploring Santorini. V close to main bus terminal.

Loved everything! Only thing to note, if it bothers you, it doesn't face Caldera (but you get way more peace/quiet for it!), and you can enjoy this view within 15-mins walk anyway, so we didn't 'miss' it at all! The value for money we had for the quality of the villa, private pool, swimming pool, and large living space was well well worth it.

We were greeted on arrival by George the property manager. He was was the perfect host and supplied us with various recommendations for our trip and was happy to help whenever needed. We were given a lovely bottle of wine when we arrived and also a gift when we left which was a nice personal touch. The rest of the staff also worked tirelessly to make sure the property was keep spotless. Service all round was 10/10. Lilium Homes are in a great location, a 10 minute walk to Fira with supermarkets close by. Fira was great for sunsets, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It was also a central location to visit many other beautiful places in Santorini. The home itself was beautiful, clean and in a peaceful location. We loved having our own pool and jacuzzi! It was a nice touch that we could have breakfast delivered from a local restaurant before we headed out for the day. Can’t wait to return!

Really modern, comfortable and mostly clean inside. Good showers and communal areas kept spotless. Air conditioning super efficient. Vallia was a very effective manager, helpful and responsive. Having the option of a driver to take us to supermarket , the airport and port was a real bonus. Great location , Great location, easy to walk it Fira for restaurants and shops.

The patio areas were not cleaned before our arrival and the sun bed cover is in need of a wash. A little more elbow grease needed on the sinks and shower trays. For an apartment which could accommodate up to 5 people there was no where near enough kitchen ware and utensils. We managed as there were only two of us but you should think about supplying a greater range of utensils. The fridge was too small for a property of this calibre and frequently the shutters got in the way of opening the cupboard doors. A few more pictures on the walls would make it more homely. This is a really nice complex with the potential to be fabulous if a little more attention to detail is applied.

Very modern place with great design and amenities. It offers private pool PLUS jacuzzi PLUS access to bigger pool. Great central AC, which could still be regulated per room. 15 mins walk from Fira, private parking. They also offer daily service, including numerous fresh towels - all premium experience, matching expected good quality residences for Santorini.

I would have expected mosquito nets (luckily only a couple of mosquitoes made it inside), a small dishwasher and option to order breakfast. Also, would have welcomed a plug for my PHEV… But none a major deal.

This was a beautiful villa was stunning views of the Aegean sea from every room. It was really amazing to wake up, make dinner, enjoy food and wine accompanied by views of the cerulean blue sea and sky. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were spacious with all amenities that you could need, there is a large public pool shared by all the villas, but each villa also has its own mini pool. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was heated during the early springtime - great to rest our weary muscles after a long day's hike. There is also a hot tub upstairs that we sadly did not find the time to enjoy... I wish I had booked a few more days in Santorini just to relax and enjoy this gorgeous villa a little longer!

Coffee machine was provided but only 2 coffee pods were provided and they were not topped up after use.

The property was very modern, clean, and new with a comfortable bed and great shower/bathroom! It was walking distance to Fira and very easy to navigate there. They provided daily housekeeping with fresh towels and truly gave a luxurious hotel treatment. We are especially grateful for Meggie who went out of her way to arrange many things for us from massages to taxi transfers! She was so helpful and very responsive at all times. The private tub was amazing as well as the shared pool! Would definitely come back!

Nothing it was perfect!

The villas are several attached units located with a east view of the island. This provides for a great sunrise view and you are only a short walk from an amazing sunset view as well. The accommodations are beautiful, clean and well designed. The courtyard area with the individual pools and the one main central pool is amazing. The small pools and hot tubs are all heated quite well, so even in the chill of the evening, it was comfortable sitting in the water. Despite the fact that all the units were rented, the property was quiet and seemed very private as well. Everyone we met was friendly. The host was amazing and accommodated all our needs, including arranging transport from the airport and to the ferry port as well. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife are all just a short walk away. Book it - you will not regret it.

The only issue was that one of the two bathrooms was located on the first floor, and both bedrooms are on the second floor. That was only a minor inconvenience, but something to note.

This was the most amazing stay. Due to a last-minute change of plans, we arrived in Santorini earlier than expected and found this gem on Booking.com. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the impressive quality of the stay. The cleanliness and quietness of the property are unbelievable, and everything feels brand new. Our villa had two private hot tubs, and the pool was just a few steps—about 4 feet—away from our door. It was pure relaxation! The staff here are incredibly nice and accommodating. They even arranged taxis to take us to Oia for the famous sunset views. The villa was fully equipped with a kitchen, making it convenient for longer stays. Overall, this place is a 10/10. I will absolutely be coming back to stay here!

There is not one thing I can say that we didn’t like!

We were really happy with our villa. We had one with private pool and hot tub. We were happy to have made this decision as it allowed us to relax. The main pool is also very nice and it was never crowded. The complex is very clean. However the thing that we appreciated most was its location. It’s true that there is a 20 minute walk to reach the restaurants in Fira, but instead we got to experience calmness and peacefulness away from all the noise. The bus terminus to reach the other towns is not far away. Although breakfast was not included, there were options of having it delivered. There is also a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket close by. At the top of the road, there is also a grill, which we found ideal to grab a quick lunch during the day. We definitely recommend this place.
