The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel area looked clean and kept. I have stayed here for many years and the rooms are kept well. Love that you put night lights in the bathroom, unless my room was a handicap room and not all rooms have them. ( First time I was on the 1st floor)

I hate the fact that you charge a $19 resort fee on top of the $200 a night room charge. Even though there's no lifeguard on duty at the pool I believe that someone from the hotel should be checking the pool area every now and then. People were putting chairs inside the pool and parents were giving their kids snacks to eat INSIDE the pool. Doesn't make it inviting for someone who just wants to cool off.

Great location to downtown Lake Geneva and waterfront. We booked a lake view room with a balcony and it was fun to sit and watch all of the activities on the water. We also took a boat tour and we could walk to the docks where it departed so that was easy. It’s really hard to drive and park in this area so having a parking space in the gated area of this hotel was a must. All in all of very nice spot.

Perfect location! We could walk to almost everything we wanted to see. Saved lots of traffic stress. Loved the 4th floor with balcony and excellent view of the lake. Exactly what I had hoped when I booked.

Didn’t love the laminate floor in the room. Cold feeling. Didn’t love the bed linens. Have had much nicer ones at hotels that are much less expensive. Couldn’t pop popcorn in the microwave…strange. Fire department would have been called they said. Wish there had been a toaster in the kitchenette. No breakfast available in the hotel.

Loved where it was located. Right across from the lake and just a couple blocks from shopping many good restaurants. Having the balcony so we could sit outside and enjoy the lake. Nice pool and work out area.

My only complaint would be that the bath towels were rough and didn't like the way hair felt after showering. Assuming the water did not have a softener on it, but I would still stay there again. We enjoyed our stay.

The awesome lake view from the room, excellent parking lot attendants, outstanding front desk customer service reps that were so cordial, attentive, sweet and wanting to make sure that we were pleased during our stay . The maintenance staff were very pleasing and cordial and smiled when acknowledged by us. Outstanding staff all around.

We only stayed for one night and were not able to venture into other areas of the facility. We did enjoy our time there and in a future stay we are planning to stay longer and experience the rest of what you have to offer.

This hotel is in a great location— very close to shops and restaurants. The accommodations are modest but comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The room was clean and quiet, and while it’s not a luxury property, it offered good value for the price. Staff were friendly. If you’re looking for a convenient spot with the basics covered, this is a solid choice.

I was having surgery on the Monday and my Wife and I decided to come down Sunday after church to be close to the Surgical Center instead of driving 2 hours from Chicago on Monday Morning. I did my research was still thoroughly shocked at the location as I had no idea we were right by the shore. Beautiful View. So now we are reserving a room for our 1st Anniversary in August. Mind you, my wife loves the water.

All was well.

Stayed here several years ago and it was a little shabby but the management has put money into the property and you can tell. Great shower, comfy rooms. Common areas, rooms and bathroom were updated in design and furniture. Loved having a kitchenette. 2 pools and the location can't be beat. Its only a 3 star hotel but 5 stars in the budget category.

Lake Geneva WI is a beautiful place to stay. The lake view is what you want but paying almost $200 during off season is a little steep. My room was updated, very nice. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. Ginos East pizza restaurant and bar right on the property but make sure you get out and walk through town. Cute shops and cafes.

I didn't like the price. I've been staying here off and for years and $120 would be a good total. Fees and taxes, the price goes way up. That is the only thing, but all hotels are high prices now along with everything else I guess.

Although not really a bargain the facility in is a great location with great views. A little outdated but the rooms are quite large and seem to be very well maintained

The partnership with Gino's seemed a little strange. Their food is always good but I would have expected a hotel of that caliber would have a restaurant with breakfast available. Gino's does not deliver to the rooms and do not seem to provide any priority to the hotel guests. The remote for the TV only worked half the time and the cable network was not easy to navigate.
