Great location. Excellent value for money. Good security (someone behind the desk at the top of the stairs 24/7 who can see anyone coming in). Mechanical code lock for easy access late at night. Free towels, gowns, and toothbrushes. There is an electric kettle and a microwave. A short walk to Shinbashi Station. Each capsule has its own TV and headphones. Good Wi-Fi.

Very, very cramped. The main door clatters when people punch in the code (you have to push the mechanical buttons). People can arrive quite late at night. You have to carefully eat breakfast on your bed as there is no common room or even chairs and a table. There is a restaurant downstairs which can be a little noisy at night. The beds are very hard.

The hotel was clean and had all the necessities. The staff are nice & friendly as well. It is close to the train station and lots of convenience store nearby. The location is quite convenient actually. Tokyo tower is about 20mins walk away & if anyone likes running then Imperial Palace running route is also less than 2km away.

There is no lift & the stairs are quite steep. Although the hotel staff did help me get my luggage down. And very little space to open up a big luggage. But if you're here only for a night or few then it's manageable.

The location is great. Just a few minutes until the train/metro station. There are manu restaurants, shops and convenience stores around. The hostel was very clean and the staff was really kind! They stored my bag for me after my checkout so that I could walk around freely. The bed is very private and seems like a small little private room.

There isn’t a common area to hangout, but honestly it’s better spending the day outside visiting the beautiful city!

Good price for city centre. Place very clean! Good location when visiting Tokyo city centre. Also close to subway. We left our valuables on the bed and nothing got lost. Many restaurants and convenience stores around. We had lower beds so it was quite comfortable to get in. Beds are futon so just a warning if you are not used to harder bed.

No lockers for your valuables such as laptop or drone. Only one men regular toilet (4 urinals available). No communal space for comfortable eating. People snore so take your earplugs. The level of comfort in this accomodation is dependent on other people's behaviour.

The toilet and shower room were immaculately clean and there are countless convenient stores around the area.

The path between the beds were super narrow and there were no luggage lockers to secure belongings. There is a general luggage area away from the sleeping area. So not very convenient. Would suggest packing the necessities for the stay into a smaller bag so that it can be brought to the bunkbeds.

It takes less than 10 minutes to walk here from the Hibiya Exit of Shinbashi Station. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are no elevators—only a rather narrow staircase. Although there is only one shared bathroom and one shower room, it wasn’t as crowded as I had expected. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Narrow space

Nice and comfy bunk bed, the staff was helpful, surrounded by good local foods and entertainment. easy to get to the station about 5 mins walk. cheap price value for money. you can easily visit Tokyo Tower, and Tokyo Imperial Castle, Ginza shopping street.

Nothing to ask for since I was staying only 1 night.

This capsule hotel was very close to Shimbashi train station. It was close to lots of food places, as well as an Ichiran, Mcdonalds, and multiple yakiniku and Tonkatsu places. will definitely stay here again when i come back to japan. Front staff were very helpful.

beds could have been more comfortable, but for $37 a night its very hard to complain.

It's cheap and very close to the shimbashi station. I recommend using ear plugs while sleeping because of the snoring, but besides that it's very quiet.

I stayed in a superior bed with a terrible ladder to climb, because the ladder are shared between two beds.

Tiny capsule hostel in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, the beddings were changed if you stayed over 2 nights. With the towels we got also a bath robe, toothbrush and toothpaste. Beds were comfortable, each had a tv and a headphone set. The Shinbashi area was just amazing, very lively at days and nights, full of local restaurants, bars, karaoke places, stores etc.

The hostel was very tiny, there was no place to leave the luggage by the bed, we had to leave it in the corridor that led to beds. The sinks were located just by the entrance, and weren't separated from the corridor leading to the area with beds. There was no common room, we were shushed by the staff when we tried to talk to other travellers by the sinks which were the only open area.
