The bedroom and kitchen: The fully equiped kitchen is worthful. The bed is very comfortable to sleep. Some popcorn snacks and free tea coffee with welcome message by property manager cheers up.

The door numerical key system: lock does not close immediately after the door shuts, need to wait for a while like 20-30 seconds, Then you will hear the lock of the door is locked. Do not walk out immediately after shutting the door. Someone can open it without pressing the code number within 20-30 seconds after you shut the door.

Everything was excellent, but if you are not tech savvy, good luck with all the hoops you must jump through just to get in the building, the lobby, the room, and then the garage. Oh, and common sense would tell you (NOT), that you must lift the patio door handle in order to engage the deadbolt! If the property were not in what appears to be an upscale safe neighborhood, we would have been much more concerned that the door was not secured prior to check-in after 6 p.m. By the end of our overnight stay, we laughed about all the little challenges we had to solve to get checked in and the car in place. The Escape Room would have been a bit easier I would imagine:)

Outstanding value and nicely decorated large two bedroom unit. Fitness center is great and the location is also very good. A simple printed card inside each unit explaining deadbolt procedure as well as coffee maker procedure, etc...would be an easy fix to many of the questions I'm sure you get calls about when your guests arrive.

The reservation process was convoluted and I entered personal info multiple times. It seemed unnecessary. Also, when I got there, it was not easy to find my way to the room. Once there, the code didn't work. I had to contact Minthouse by phone, no one onsite, I had my 83 year old mother outside in the car and it took me 30 minutes to gain access to the room, to get my garage access (in the room). Then I had to drive into the garage and come in a different way from the front entrance. You would do well to write this all out somewhere.

The facilities were beautiful, within minutes to everything in the DC Metro area. A little pricey, but a great choice for our needs.

They provided earplugs in our arrival package. I thought that odd, and opted not to use them. But on our first night, at about midnight their was the constant roar of helicopter propellers literally every sixty (60) seconds for hours. For that reason I felt overcharged for our stay. Fortunately, it was just the one night.

I really appreciated how the property manger took time out of his schedule to actually walk me to my unit and to the parking garage to ensure i was able to get into the gate without any issues. His communication and hospitality were AWESOME!!! Definitely booking another stay with this great property.

I have no complaints about this booking, the property was beautiful and the customer service from the property manager Warren was excellent.

The property was very clean and it was very easy to check-in. There are also multiple security codes you need to access the lobby, the corridor, and then your room which felt very safe. All of the information was provided before our stay and it was a smooth process. The location is also perfect if you want to do things in DC, but also is very close to Old Town Alexandria which has a lot of retail stores and cute restaurants.

Parking was very tight, not plentiful. it was quite the ordeal to get a guest parking pass…in part due to no staff on site. It’s onerous to get a hold of the local manager because you go thru a call center. in general—we got the help we needed just not as timely.

One of my best experiences. Specially for family with kids. Super clean and comfortable, great facilities. Plenty of space. highly engaged support team. Location is great. Check in/out process smooth and digitally smart. Kids enjoy and feel like home.

Road noise could be a little loud occasionally - especially the odd emergency vehicle, but never too excessive.

Getting in and out was extremely easy. I had a mishap about rooms at first, but it was resolved quickly and with care. And the location was SUPERB! Every food and shopping spot in Old Town Alexandria was within walking distance. I will be staying again the next time I'm up there.
