I liked how clean it is and the rooms were very updated, modern with a full kitchen I absolutely loved it

I checked in kind of late around 9:30 and there was no one at the front I waited for almost 30 minutes to check in. She was apologetic and kind but still the hotel need to have more than one person at night at the front desk it was the weekend to and thank god it wasn’t a lot of people checking in to would’ve been a longer wait

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, which was fine we didn’t expect it to be. We just wanted to sit at the pool until it was ready and relax. The lady at the desk said yes that was fine. She also took my cell number and said she would make sure our room wasn’t cleaned next and call me as soon as it was ready. With in an hour or so she called room was ready. Very close to the beach and port. Will definitely stay here again for our next cruise.

I liked the convince how it was close to where I was going to go the next day and how clean it was. I also liked that the room was really well stocked with appliances and towels. The pool was also very clean and even though we didn't need it I liked that it had a handicap accessibility in the pool as well for other guests that might need it since I don't really see that at many hotels.

The only complaint I have is the built isn't very sound proof so you could hear guest leaving or going down the hallway and into their rooms. I had my son who's a toddler and I felt bad he upset the guest below us since he doesn't know yet how to walk quietly.

I love the size of the room. I love the fact that it has all items we needed , everyday item ( cups,plates , bowls, refrigerator, microwave, etc) Such a great asset, didn’t have to go out and spend unnecessary money.The bed was comfortable as well.

The visible stains on the carpet. That a turn off, make a bad impression on the property

The lobby is welcoming, after check in we had some tea and chilled by the bonfire. Loved the text messages from the front desk to make sure we are doing ok!

The only thing was that we got the room on the first floor and there was a lot of noise coming from the top floor, after I told the front desk, they called the people upstairs and tell them to not make any noises! They still made noises but then this time they went up there and told them to not to make any noises after that the noise stopped

The staff was so kind and helpful . The size and style of the room was great, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchenette was spotless, and had everything I needed.

The fuse for the microwave kept blowing, so I had to keep flipping multiple times while using. I could tell this hotel was one of the older ones in the chain. I was not the only guest who had electrical problems in the rooms. There was hair in the bathroom drawers. Also the water softener used was too much. It was hard to get soap off.

The hotel AND the room were very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen items. It was low noise and the staff were nice. We have stayed once a year for the last three years (if you include this stay) and plan to keep returning!

Nothing not to like. Even the breakfast was nice. We had a very good experience and can't wait to return next year!

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms. The fire pit outside was lovely. Would come again!

I wish there had been conditioner offered in the shower, the drink and snack prices were more reasonable at the front desk, and the WiFi not working on the TV was unfortunate but I understand it could not be helped!

The convenience to shopping and restaurants. The maintenance man, Richey was great. He came up to fix our window blind and was in and out in no time.

The carpet had just been shampooed and the floor was still damp and no air conditioning was running to absorb the moisture or the smell.

I love everything about this hotel! The staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the spacious rooms and all of the amenities. Plus it's close to pretty much any place you'd want to eat.

There's not anything to not like! I love it here! My 2nd or 3rd time staying here..
