Breakfast was great, various options and everything great taste. Room was clean and everyday we had room service. Location was good, public transport was close enough to get everywhere. Good experience overall.

The hotel doesn’t count with iron table or iron to the room. There is a small “laundry room” which has a small iron, instructions placed are not clear and the table is loose. Very hard to get a proper iron.

Very nice hotel in the 17th arondisment. Room was pretty big, clean and the beds comfortable. The toilet was separat from the bathroom and it was very small. I loved the rituals toiletries. Breakfast was good, tipical french with cheese and a nice selection of bread. It was a bit too far away from the main tourist areas, but we had good public transportation connections. We loved the staff which gave our kids toys. Many thanks!

The location was great. I could just drive in with my car, my family, and all the bags and I was inside the hotel in Paris. And to get to any sightseeing location I didn't have to travel for too long. A good plus is the breakfast, we really enjoyed it. Even my kid who's allergic to a lot of things was able to find food he liked. The hostess personally brought him some soya milk.

The toilet was clogged and it wasn't easy to clean it up because the plastic tool was broken and didn't fit the "hole". And in the evening it was a bit cold in the room, I couldn't get the thermostat to do anything even at the maximum.

if you are looking for a place to stay with your family during a trip in Paris look no further. Clean hotel just bit outside all the noice and fuzz of Paris but close enough to get an uber, taxi or even walk 3 to 4k walk downtown.

The only downside was that when we arrived our room was still not ready. we had to wait after a long trip to get our room ready. Very strange since we could check in from 16:00, we arrived at 17:30 and still needed to wait almost an hour. after a long day in the car you can imagine we where not amused by this unpleasant surprise. the staff did not care much about this matter. It is what it is. The spacious room made up for this

The hotel is very close to Paris, right next to the "périphérique". With a 10 minute bus ride, you are already near a train or metro station. The car park is secure and easy access. It's a good hotel for a couple of nights.

We stayed there when it was hot in Paris - like 30 degrees -. Although the French don't believe in airconditioning, it would have been great to up the power of airco for these days. Although the room had airconditioning, you can't adjust the temperature, nor can you open a window. So with 2 parents and a kid in a small room and airco at its lowest power, made us feel a bit uncomfortable. But hey, it had airco :)

The property was nice, clean and was good for the price.

I didn’t like that the staff that cleaned the rooms spoke very loudly on the hallways while I was trying to rest, this happened in the afternoon and also in the morning. I also did not like the guy at the bar that works in the afternoon who was rude and had a very nasty attitude.

The location was good. It was kept clean. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The bistro was nice and fairly priced. Luggage storage was helpful on our final day. Fridge in room was great. Rituals toiletries in bathroom was an amazing touch as I’m a great fan of their products

The bed could have been comfier but other than that was very pleased and would definitely stay there again

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and the family room was set up well. We all liked the Rituals soap and shower gel in the room and the selection of hot drinks. The carpark was secure too which was important to us.

The hotel was further away from the centre than I'd anticipated. My fault for not checking properly. A walk of 15 mins to the Metro and four stops on the train wasn't a hardship but after reading the reviews I expected it to be a lot closer. The breakfast was very expensive in my opinion so we chose not to have breakfast in the hotel.

It had a kind staff and a separate toilet and tap. The cleaners did their job very well. When returning, it looked good as new!

Location. It was far away from tourist attractions like the Eiffel Tower and the Pyramid de louvre. We needed to go by train and switch our places regularly. One of the toilet’s flush wouldn’t work!😅

Breakfast was good, the variety of food was really good. Room was spacious and bright. The mattress and bedding were exceptional, we slept like babies. The smelies were from rituals, love it.

Ventilation, cannot open the window. Very thin walls and doors. Whenever people walked through the corridor and spoke a bit louder it was as if they were literally in the room. No sink in the wc.
