The property was well kept. Loved the beautiful landscaping on the property.

That there was no wash rags available, the elevator was out a few feet times. We didn’t realize that pool/beach towels were supposed to be retuned by 6pm. When we returned the towels the next morning, we were given our towel card back, but was told we couldn’t get towels for the day. So, we had to walk all the way to the other end of the resort to get towels and come back to our side. Possibly be designated smoking areas. Also, the pools could be cleaned more

I like the fact that the property was clean. Staff was courteous. The food was great. The pools were excellent.

What I didn’t like was the fact that the keys kept disconnecting from the rooms I thought there would be more activities during the day

I came for my birthday to turn up and it was probably the best place and atmosphere for that.

The food is horrible the only decent thing is the jerk chicken on the beach & the omelettes for breakfast but the dinner needs to improve

The property was clean and Beautiful. Good was very good and fresh.

My Family experienced some racism from a worker in the dinning area where you have open buffet. Her name was Elisandra. On several nights we attended dinner she would purposely not serve my family we are African American and she served the White couple sitting exactly right next to us and even they recognized her behavior and gave us her name. This happend for 4 nights straight and our stay was 5 days . She also was very friendly with other races and disregarded Black people. I had to ask another server for help and the male server gave us water and she stormed over and said to me “I told you to wait” I was so insulted and felt like my vacation I had worked so hard for was a waste. Elisandra at the Riu Republica in Punta Cana made my whole experience traumatizing for me and my family.

Staff and food were nice. Facility is beautiful.

The front desk didn't answer the phone in the middle of the night when next door guests were loud and disturbing. We changed room and then the odor around the area was terrible. There are some sewerage problem around the facility that smells bad.

I liked everything about this resort. It is really a party hotel. Was celebrating my birthday. Everything was right on the property or they offered transportation. The hotel staffs were friendly. It’s a safe resort. No outsiders.

The resort food options need a whole new revamp. The food is not great. The Dominican Republic national dish Mangu was even disappointing. I want more traditional culture food and taste from DR. The resort didn’t hit that mark for me.

The food options and quality were absolutely incredible! The staff was super friendly. The pools were amazing and loved the options of how each one had a different vibe. The drinks were delicious and loved the beach (was also very clean). Would highly recommend to anyone looking to go to Punta Cana!

Adult only and the number of pools available. Employees were absolutely some of the best I have ever had.

The mosquitoes are the worst I’ve ever seen in Punta Cana, something needs to be done about that. The food was average only one specialty restaurant the steak house which you had to have reservations and the place was always 75% empty🤷🏽‍♂️. And better liquor I was not impressed with the choices at all. Also the Riu pool party was a mess!

The food and the people. Everyone was good vibe and always had a smile on their face. Front desk was very helpful also the bar stuff drinks can be stronger but overall I had a blast despite the BED BUDS

I didn’t like the fact that the bed sheets wasn’t changed as often which led to me getting eaten by bed buds. Once I got eaten and changed room I had same problem in next room which left me paranoid at night

I liked the fact that you can go to the pool whenever you wanted to, everything was a vibe for sure, i highly recommend this hotel you’ll enjoyed it.

What i didn’t like too much was that the buffet was too repetitive and also i hope they will have at some point these little hotels cars to help with the luggage or just give you a ride to go wherever you want to around the hotel
