The hotel location is in cottages along the creek. It was very quiet and relaxing. The cottage was very nice and the daily services were excellent. Your car is normally parked on site. The valets will bring it around if you desire to go further than a mile or so from the hotel. The valets were very helpful taking us on golf type carts to several restaurants within their service radius. Making sure we had enough water as it was very warm. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The spa treatment was very nice. The Cress restaurant at creekside is five stars. The ambiance in the evening is wonderful. Our cottage had an outdoor shower that is attached by a door from the bathroom. This is great. Coming back from a guided tour and feeling very hot and sweaty, the outdoor shower was so nice.

We went the middle of June for a week. As the days progressed so did the temps. Go when it not so hot.

We loved the location… felt secluded and peaceful but was in close proximity to restaurants, shops and tours. We also had dinner at Cress which was great watching bats fly over the creek and I enjoyed a massage at the spa also. And the house car which was for coming back from dinner in the evening.

A bit pricey for the lodge. The decor in there was a bit underwhelming but room was nice and perfect for our short stay. Unflexable cancellation policy at the spa. I had booked a massage for after a jeep tour and it was not feeling great after that… dust in my contacts etc but I was unable to cancel. They said I’d be charged for the full service amount so I basically had to wash my eyes out and drag myself over there anyway. The spa was nice and did have a great massage masseuse that made up for it a bit but definitely didn’t appreciate that there was no flexibility on cancellation.

Loved the room and food and workers! One waitress at the cress for dinner was so sweet. The spa was fabulous! One of the valet gentleman was so so friendly and helpful. The pool was a delight! There are cats and that’s the best part!

Attention to detail and perfection were missing. Some things were broken (although very nitpicky things): The balcony chairs didn’t have cushions, chairs at dinner were slightly broken, corners were dusty or dirty. Bathtub tile was chipping. It’s all very small stuff but for the price I’d expect perfection! Needs some more Upkeep. There was supposed to be a star gazing evening and unfortunately we got up there and there was no guide, activity or tour despite it being on the calendar

From the moment we entered our suite it felt like being in a little cottage, even though we had the suite room only. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the little gifts left for us to enjoy were so thoughtful and added a special touch to our stay. We did the Introduction to Sound Healing, which was so relaxing and I recommend that. The view of the creek from the restaurant and bar is so tranquil to observe. The little duck beach is perfect for meditating and listening to the creek is so peaceful. The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and most of the trails.

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is well versed and prompt whenever you ask for anything. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable.

Our only issue happened on our arrival. It was after dark when we got there and we were tired after a full day of travel. My husband walked to the bar and ordered a coke for himself and a glass of wine for me which he brought to the room. When I got the bill, I saw they charged me $52 for a glass of white wine. Too much for me but I guess we should have asked!

Andrew at the front desk made me feel so at ease with my own challenges alone and in a wheelchair. When my family later arrived to Join me, the whole staff went above and beyond in making my sons 9th birthday special with a surprise cake, smores, and balloons in the room. Dinner at their restaurant was wonderful and service was fabulous. They treated me with nothing less then grace and gratitude. IF your looking for luxury camping experiences, or private 5 star crackling fires nestled on the creek in Arizona's magical Sedona . This is the place for you. I was originally at the amora hotel, and was asked to leave half way through my trip because they couldn't take partial payments during my stay. Even after i told them I had a daily limit. They embarrassed me and abandoned me when i asked for help after falling out of my wheelchair. Thank goodness L'Auberge was available and made me forget the nightmare I had to endure from management at Amora hotel. Thank you to everyone at L'Auberge for your patience and support in achieving a lovely experience I'll never forget.

That i couldnt stay forever

The Staff was amazing. So polite, kind, and concerned with our experience. Room was clean and beautiful using higher quality materials and furnishings.

She shower was showing it's age, didn't drain efficiently and looked a bit dirty.

Very elegant boutique hotel with 5-star guest experience. Bunch of activities to do at the hotel. Great service in terms of room cleaning and amenities. Perfect location!

The lodge rooms we stayed are a bit dated - especially bathroom given the amount of money you pay for
