The location was easy to find just off the M180. I stayed here with my son in a twin room , shared bathroom as an overnight stay while at an event at Cadwell Park Circuit. Everything was above the expectations I had via the pictures. They don't do it justice. Very clean, very relaxing and peaceful, aiding a good night's rest. Able to use the fridge and freezer which was great , as we had picnic food for the next day and cool packs to refreeze. Overall well worth the money . The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Only if I have to then perhaps a frosted glass shower screen door in the bedroom, number 10. But really not that big of an issue.

EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL. SPOTLESS!! EASY ACCESS TO THE VILLAGE I ONCE LIVED IN. ALSO TO MY SON'S PROPERTY AS HE LIVES IN VILLAGE. THERE IS A TRAIN STATION IN VILLAGE BUT YOU HAVE TO BOOK ON LINE AND BUS SERVICE BUT ONLY RUN EVERY 2-3 HRS.

Very well set up guest house, catering to a variety of guests from families to contractors. Room, though a single was large, well furnished, plenty of tea / coffee, biscuits, nice bed linen and towels. Clean. Plenty of power sockets, including USB sockets. Easy access with excellent step by step instructions for entry and directing you to your room.

If I’d known I had to book breakfast 24 hours in advance, I would have done. That wasn’t too clear on the booking process. Floorboard and bed were a little creaky.

Hello, A True Friend has stayed at this property previously and has recommended this Property, My Room was really lovely, and was in a quiet location. The Breakfasts filled me up each day I was staying. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to travel home earlier. The Guest House is really clean and hospitable. There is a bus stop close by, and the Railway Station is close by along the main road. This property offers scrumptous evening meals. But there are other options including a microwave in the Lounge upstairs, so you can get something from the Supermarket and heat it etc. There is also a very good pub that does meals which is by the Railway Station.

I can't say anything against this property.

I like the ease of getting in the guest house, you get the code, have to be quick getting inside, then go to your room key is there, I didn't use the kitchen and that, the room was lovely, nice comfy bed , great shower, tea and coffee with biscuits, to check out all you have to do is leave key in door, leave the building and just tell them you've left, I will be staying there again when around that area.

Fabulous. Clean, spacious bedroom with en suite walk-in shower. All facilities you would expect - TV, tea, coffee etc. Also access to a kitchen / dining area where you can eat your own food. Separate lounge area with TV and microwave. Breakfast was superb.

A bench in the garden to sit outside on would be a pleasant addition.

A very nice property for a short stay.

I booked this property on the morning of my stay, as the previous booking cancelled me just an hour before I was due to travel! It was only after I arrived that I was told they needed 24 hours notice to book breakfast. Therefore I couldn't have breakfast, which was very irritating. Nothing was said about this required notice on booking.com. However, I would certainly book again when I'm next in the area, assuming I book more than a day in advance!

I loved the parking space. I loved the environment. I loved the little grass garden The lounge and the dining room. The bathroom was very clean.

The fact that when you walk the floor upstairs is not fortified enough to absorb the noise coming from your footsteps . You will feel guilty as if you're disturbing the guests in their respective rooms with your steps, making you kind of tip toe 😃

The place is super clean and welcoming, straight forward check-in. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The staff have thought of all the details to make your stay especially comfortable. Everything perfect, great price have been back 4 times, fantastic value.

Very clean, practical and comfortable rooms. Good value for money. Local amenities with in short walking distance.

The contactless booking in system was not clear, emails with pin codes hadn't come through as planned but eventually called and the number I did have and a member of staff resent the email directly and talked through the process. After that everything was very good.
