If you want basic essentials it's perfect, lovely beer , lovely breakfast, lovely people.

The loud music Friday and Saturday night left us no option than to join in and party. Slept like a log woke up in the fireplace. Great nights.

I recently stayed at the Pelham Hotel in Immingham for four nights. The overall experience was positive, with the highlight being the excellent breakfast served each morning. The staff were attentive, and the quality of food exceeded expectations, making the start to each day enjoyable.

Honestly, nothing—everything was exactly as I expected. The stay met all my needs and there wasn’t a single detail I’d change.

These are my opinions. The staff of the Pelham were very receptive and helpful; they complied with all of my requests and went out of their way to be helpful. The proprietor was especially attentive to detail. The purpose of our visit was to see a relative that we had not seen for many years. Immingham is a pleasant town with some nice walks from the hotel. The locals are very friendly and make one feel at home from the word go. All in all, Immingham exceded my expectations.

The room was adequate but with a little extra financial outlay the presentation of the room could have promoted the "feel good" factor. Specifically; a towel rail in the bathroom, a non-slip surface on the shower tray, a grab rail in the shower cubicle, a shelf in which to place soap/shampoo etc. A hook on the bathroom door was a glaring omission. I found that a lack of space to put things was frustrating. The design of the room was practical but a light in the entrance would have been helpful and a few extra hangers in the wardrobe area would not have come amiss. In the main these criticisms are minor and some may regard them as irrelevant.

Location perfect for oil refinery workers. What you’re getting here is a good sized room above a typical pub on an estate. The beer is very well priced (Stella less than £4.30 (August 2023) and the locals are very friendly. Private back door so you can come and go 24/7. Large car park. Excellent value for money, VAT receipts provided if you need them. The shower was a large size, free dispensing liquid soaps, bedding, towels etc provided and changed when you want (just leave towels outside of door and new one’s appear). It isn’t the Ritz Carlton (nor does it claim to be, nor cost the same). It is essentially a ‘contractors’ hotel and does that very well in my experience. Good night sleep was had every night, never disturbed and happily use this place when back in the area.

The location is great for where I’m working. It’s a fairly affordable reasonably priced accommodation with friendly helpful staff.

Very kindly allowed me to arrive after 10pm, without issue. Very friendly greeting. Room was spacious and had everything needed. Very clean and recently refurbished.

very obliging staff,excellent large shower....very comfortable bed...nothing flash but just spot on and right next to multiple proper shops,tesco,b&m etc...and a well mannered pub down stairs

The room was clean and spacious, all working well. Personnel of the hotel were very friendly and always keen to help. The breakfast was very good.

I could hear the noise of the music from the pub after 8 in the morning.

Everyone makes you feel really welcome. Food was reasonable, drink was affordable, a bit rough round the edges but in a good none pretentious way.

Bit too warm had to buy a fan (weather related). Only 2 plug sockets in the room one for kettle one for the TV. So you need to unplug one to charge your phone at the other end of the room.
