The best part of the hotel was the staff at the front desk, they were all so friendly and helpful! Room was large and spacious, clean, and the bathroom was large. They share the same parking lot as a few good restaurants, breakfast joints, and Boba tea! Lastly, the price was a great value compared to other hotels/accommodations in the area.

Elevator was struck by lightning and out of order - obviously out of their control but it was inconvenient being on the third floor with a lot of luggage. The doors to the rooms are VERY heavy and we heard people opening and shutting their doors all night because they inevitably slam shut. Also, we don’t have pets and the first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby of the hotel is the pet odor, especially the stairwells are dirty and reek of dog urine - luckily the room was fine.

Breakfast was not available. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was super nice. Highly recommend. Heard there were a few Phillies players staying here. Did not see them, but just knowing they selected this hotel made me feel that I made a good choice. I would definitely stay here again!

I requested a room with a balcony and received confirmation as such, as I booked online. Did not get a balcony. Not sure if balconies are even at this location. If not, website should be updated.

this eas my first stay at a candlewood suites and i was impressed. would not hesitate to use them again on future travel. all decked out for the holudays, the lady on front staff was just exceptional, loved the room and bed with all the pillows... 2 thumbs up!!!

my only issue was i was having trouble getting the jey to work ... it was something i was doing wrong but house staff helped me out with it multiple times, always sith a smile.

WE LOVED IT!!!!! As soon as we walked in, We were welcomed with a smile and amazing service. Our suite had a kitchen with some dishes witch was great for us to cook. The living room has a bed/sofa, and a very comfy recliner. The room was so specious, and I loved that it had two closets, the restroom was also pretty big and it was nice that it had a decent size bottle of dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. (Not the tiny cheap stuff like most hotels do) It was also nice that they have a daily board by the front desk with information like the weather and things to do near by as well as how far each beach is from the hotel. We visited Clearwater beach, Honey moon island, and Sand key beach, the drive was about 28min. My kids went swimming too, and their pool was clean and offered towels. We truly enjoyed staying here and we look forward to visiting again!

I stayed four nights. My room was very clean and spacious. TV was in a good location. plenty of closet space and drawers. There is a kitchenette but I didn’t use it. awesome French bakery about twenty steps from the front door! I had croissant and latte every morning. It was brilliant! loved that they had games (checkers etc) and kitchen appliances that you can borrow! great touch!

floors in the common areas were a little dirty. pool area felt uninviting. chair in hotel room looked like a hospital room recliner. no breakfast or coffee in the morning.

The location of this property was perfect. We had plenty of restaurants around as well as close enough to the beach. The rooms and areas of the hotel were clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had our German Shepherd with us and had no problems. The laundry facility and gym were a nice addition (but free) to our 10 day stay.

Comfy bed, great shower, free laundry, fitness center, publix and great places to eat within easy walking distance, Phillipe park down the street, Espiritu Santo Catholic Church down the street, Safety Harbor downtown just a couple miles away, Clearwater Beach about a 20 minute drive, etc

The rooms were very clean! Start there first. The size of the rooms were exceptional. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of TV channels to pick from. Location is right across the street from a Publix and a Starbucks which is amazing. Even a little breakfast restaurant literally right next door in the same parking lot. Right down the street. Sunset Grill Clearwater. Sooo good! Please go there for breakfast! 👌 wow

It was raining outside. Seriously. That was it. Wish the tub was a shower, but I think the other rooms have shower only. Just my preference. Really nice for the $

The location is awesome! Plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. Nice church (Espiritu Santo) is just down the street as well as Philippe park which is super nice. I love the fact that laundry services are complimentary with the stay. Nice workout area too.

I'm sure the towels have been mentioned before but it's easy enough to bring your own. I brought mine but just used the hotel's anyways.

We thought it was in a good location. It was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Especially Cathy at the front desk.

Beds were a little hard and closet doors were hard to open and close.
