The cleaness of the place was outstanding. The place was neat in general and the amount of space for two people was more than enough. The bathroom was very nice and neat. Shampoos, conditioners and towels provided was an extra point for the experience. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby some even walking distance so food wasn't an issue at all.

The TV smartphone connection was only for Samsung and I had an Apple so I wasn't able to connect my phone to the TV unfortunately.

Bed was so comfortable! Hotel and room was very clean and overall was a great experience. Very spacious and a nice feature was the adorable makeup wash cloth. As a woman, I very much appreciated that small touch. Will definitely be staying here again. I'd also like to mention how great the staff was. They did their absolute best and handled our unfortunate event with a miscommunication from a 3rd party. Very professional and helpful.

Location was excellent and so was rhe room

The smell of the cleaning products was awful. We had to use a washcloth and wipe down the floor and walls to dilute the horrible flower smell. I'm not sure why you're using products that have such a strong smell. We checked in Sun and left Wed and the room still smelled of flowers and chemicals. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. We would not stay again or recommend because of the caustic oder.

The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was good. All the staff I came in contact with were very nice and friendly. The area around the hotel has plenty of shopping and restaurants.

We had to pay an extra $30 a day cleaning fee for our small dog. They only clean the rooms on Wed. & Sun. I don't think it's fair to charge us $90 for a three day stay and they only clean the room once. Their pet fee has gone from being a cleaning fee to being a profit maker. My other gripe is that they didn't have Fox News on the TV. They have all the other news channels, but not Fox. They have Fox Business and the Fox network, so I'm assuming the decision to not have Fox News was a management call. I'm an adult and I don't need anyone deciding what I can and cannot watch. Other than these two things, this was a great place to stay.

Love this hotel. It is near our children so the location is great. I also love that there is no carpet in the room, especially when traveling with dogs there are no smells to deter them. It is a very comfortable stay.

Housekeeping cleaned our room, but didn’t replenish our towels or coffee. The coffee maker didn’t secure the tray very well. Also the dog fee is really high. On booking.com it said $30 I assumed that it was for our stay, not per night. The person checking us in did waive one fee for us, but it is still high.

Loved that there was no carpet in the room. Hotel carpeting can be absolutely awful, so a very smart decision to have all tile in the room. The lobby area and dining area were light and bright and very comfortable, so I was totally impressed. Breakfast was good, as we would have expected. So all in all we had a great experience.

I don't mind the twice weekly housekeeping, but if that is the case the room should be stocked accordingly with coffee, shampoo, etc. We were there Wednesday to Sunday, so we used our own travel shampoo, but there should be an appropriate stock of supplies if not having daily housekeeping. The spa was warm but not spa warm/hot, and it didn't have enough therapy/bubbles - it was like being in a bathtub, so not too enjoyable. We brought our granddaughters there for swimming for a few hours -and the pool area is really nice, it was just cold - so if the pool is heated indoors, maybe a couple more degrees so we won't have purple lips. But other than that it was great.

Attractive, warm decor; very clean. Spacious room with good storage and organization areas, many outlets, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, large TV, seating, refrigerator, microwave nook, large window with natural lighting (light filtering covering, and full blackout shade). Breakfast with good hot and cold choices, attendant replenishes and cleans up. Plenty of seating and TVs in breakfast area and lobby. Common areas have large windows, natural lighting, attractive seating, many outlets. Staff gracious, professional and helpful! Washer and dryer available for guests (pay). Well-equipped fitness room, pool area opening soon, multiple elevators and stairs. Close to dining, fuel, services, groceries - great location.

No problems or complaints. Might be helpful to have overhead lighting in closet/ sleeping area.

Spacious & divided area for working in room. Mini fridge, coffee maker, & microwave in room, great option. Space is still so new and nice feeling. Slept well after long hard day. Felt safe traveling solo. Both ladies (check in & out) very efficient & professional. Korie took extra time to see how my stay was and helpful. Though I missed breakfast, they had hot options which is always nice.

Sounds silly but, no guide for the TV channels. Going from channel to channel to find HGTV (that was on in the main lobby) never happened, or a channel guide channel. Long pauses between channels and no reference was inefficient for my winding down.

I requested a larger room with a couch on booking.com. I was initially given a smaller room. The gentleman at the desk moved us into a larger room right away. The room was very clean. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. I definetly would stay here again.

The breakfast was basic, but definetly worth the daily rate with room.

Breakfast was very nice, as expected, usual hotel breakfast fare. Location was perfect, close to hospital, amenities, restaurants. Liked that the floors were not carpeted but hard surface in the rooms. Sitting area and fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room convenient.

The hotel room door was a bear to open, very hard to push and pull. Sofa in room was already showing wear, frayed at seat cushion edges, but still clean.
