Very clean hotel, haven't seen any dirt or a single insect in the room. Really friendly, caring and helpful staff that always greets you when passing by the reception. The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay like a blow dryer, coffee, water boiler, minibar etc. The hotel staff safely stores your luggage in the lobby if needed, even long after check-out. Would definitely recommend and book here again!

At times it was a little loud because there is some kind of streetfood market nearby and people there constantly play loud music. However, the hotel is not responsible for that and the market isn't run every day as it seems. It may also be quieter depending on in which room you reside.

The room was very comfortable. Nice bed. Everything was clean and worked. View was of the building next door but that's pretty usual in Bangkok. There was no construction that I could hear - other reviews say there were but it was very quiet. Good location. Easy to walk to Skytrain. Direct line to the main shopping malls and to Chatuchak. Staff were friendly. No complaints.

Our room was quite large with both a bedroom and living room. We had lots of space to spread out. The workers were very helpful and tried hard to accommodate us even with the language disconnect. Breakfast was good and we were even able to order dinner one night. After a very long day of sightseeing, a great massage spa is nearby.

The only suggestion for improvement would be for better lighting in the room.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the BTS with tons of street food. We had a room on the 7th floor overlooking the park and it was lovely - spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a nice tub for soaking in after a long day. Checking in was smooth even though we reached after 10 pm and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was a stand out - loads of baked goodies, eggs, sausages and Thai options. Overall this hotel is excellent value for money and we would highly recommend it.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming and were really helpful, good location surrounded with tons of things to do and easy for transport with victory monument/BTS station just 5mins walk away.

Lovely clean room. The hotel is located next to an excellent park. Near the metro station and bus stops. We were met by very caring staff. Helped to print personal files for free.

There was a construction site outside the window. It didn't bother us, because the sound was not so loud, and most of the time we were walking in the city. However, for those who like to sleep longer, this can clearly interfere. The lighting in the room is not very bright, however, we did not experience any difficulties with this.

Goog hotel, good staff, big clean nice room. Very good location - 10 min from BTS station Victory Monument, 3 stops from Siam Station. A lot of food places around. Nice park just opposite the hotel. Clean and calm neighborhood. Everything was ok. Will come back.

COVID-19 has had a significant impact on Thailand's economy. When we arrived in Bangkok, it was not the Bangkok we remembered, which was less busy, with fewer people and tourists. When we arrived at the hotel, the air conditioners were turned off. We understand their point to save costs. Breakfast is also no longer as diverse as it once was. We sincerely hope that the Bangkok economy will gradually revive in the future months and that we will once again enjoy the happening views in Bangkok.
