The hotel was very very nice. The staff were nice. The rooms were clean. The lobby was clean. The pool was amazing. They have a little restaurant in the lobby. Everything was great

it was a very nice stay.. Hotel is very comfortable. We stayed for 9 days. So had to interact w the staff a lot. Catriya in the front desk was particularly helpful, she always took the extra step to support us with general questions or issues on our international delivery. İan İ believe the assistant manager was also very kind. He took the initiative to talk to head office after our questions on preparation of certain breakfast.. My wife was very happy. Thanks for taking good care and look forward to staying again ..

Afternoon coffee in the lobby would be nice, nevertheless we had some in the room. Cleaning staff missed the room for cleaning one morning İ think they were super busy . Perhaps should have staff to support later for such incidents..

The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Check in was very quick and they facilitated my early check in quickly. The room was immaculate, and had everything i needed. It was also spacious and had more than enough room for me to complete some remote work. The bar being open later wasn’t needed this trip, but certainly is a plus. The parking was easy to get in and out of the building and the beds were super comfortable. I WILL CERTAINLY be staying here the next time i am in town. Please send this message to your staff. My spouse and I were in Raleigh because my mother was going into hospice care and was expected to pass shortly after we arrived. However, we wound up staying for two weeks. The hotel staff was very accomodating as we had to continually extend our stay. Despite the near capacity status of the hotel, we were allowed to stay in the same room. The free hot breakfasts were a bonus and the hotel was located near the highways and businesses we had to frequent. The staff was always friendly and greeted us when we came down stairs and when we left. I cannot say enough good things about Star, Aaron, Brandon, Ian, Catherine, Bridget, the hotel engineer and the other front desk gentleman whose name I did not get. The hospitality team was always friendly and helpful as well.

I have no complaints except a vending machine for snacks might have been convenient.

Four Employees hanging out at Checkin desk when you walk in when the lobby wasn’t clean was not a good first impression,Being woken up at 7am by Constant Hammering from construction crews right beside us at the building being built. Should have been forewarned about this.

The room was clean and spacious for a family of 5. We all loved the complimentary breakfast. The food was outstanding and there was a lot to choose from. We were in the Raliegh area for a college tour at NC State. The location of the hotel was so close to the campus. It was also so close to the PNC arena where we were able to catch a Wolfpack basketball game.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The room layout was perfect for our family of five and the partition between the couch and beds was super helpful. It was great to have a mini fridge and a microwave and I liked having the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. The curtains let in a good amount of light when just the screen was used and did a good job blocking out the light when the opaque curtain was down. Beds were very comfortable and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Breakfast pancakes were delicious, nice variety of cereal options and yogurt, and oatmeal toppings were a great addition. Coffee was solid but kind of weird to only have it in the little nook on the way to the elevators and not also in the eating area.

We were there for three breakfasts and each day included a great variety of options; however, they quickly ran out of a few items each day we were there. One day it was the fresh fruit and twice it was the eggs. The one day they refilled the eggs with partially frozen mini omelets. My kids liked the muffins but they were on the mushy side to me. Our room was very clean and the first day we turned down housekeeping since we were getting ready for an event when they came by; but, no one seemed to come by the second day even though we were gone most of the day and didn't put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign, so I'm not sure what happened there. This is minor so we didn't bother to ask the front desk for help but the desk lamp flickered too.

Room was large and quiet, but also somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. TV was large and easy to understand how to use. Plenty of towels and glasses provided. Breakfast was acceptable but not outstanding. In general, it's in a quiet location (we were there on a weekend).

At breakfast, yogurt served family style so must dish out; should stick with individual packages for sanitary reasons.
