The location was exactly as we expected and it was convenient to be able to walk to the local pub for dinner. The room/bathroom were very nice and bed very comfortable.

The room was rather dusty around the edge of the carpet and skirting boards, we had one or two large dead spiders. The flowers in a vase on the mantelpiece were actually dead! We were disappointed that the honesty bar no longer exists as a glass of wine on our arrival would have been appreciated, or even a night cap after dinner. Breakfast was not as wonderful as the reviews stated, certainly not large portions. One sausage one or two small pieces or streaky bacon (overcooked) dry hash browns and a solid poached egg. Mushrooms were forgotten and arrived as we were finishing. No toast offered till after we had eaten and the coffee pot gave one cup of coffee. There were 5 people for breakfast but no juice in jug, no bowls for fruit. All of this small but not quite what we were expecting

We liked everything. Great hall just to my liking. Clean and very great decorated. Soroundings beautiful. Can’t fault it at all. Staff looked after us very well. They were kind and helpfull. First thing the kind man taking care of us said when he saw me not walking very well was Shall I see if we can fin you a room on the ground floor so you haven’t got the stairs to walk up and Dow. And just with a click of a finger sour room was changed. Thank you . The lady looking after us for breakfast was just super and made a great breakfast. Thank you Judy and Richard.

Nothing we don’t like apart from the duvet on the bed, it was far to heavy in a warm climat. That’s all. We would definitely be staying there again if we happened to go that way again. Thank you all and have a lovely summer.🥂☕️🍉🍇

Breakfast was perfect and the service from Judy was second to none. Lisa the reception manager was also excellent. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was heavenly. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

What a serene, beautiful and superior place to stay. You will find yourself wanting to stay a few extra nights! A little hidden gem in the Yorkshire countryside. The hall itself is enough to ensure your stay is magical, but the staff and surrounding teams are an integral part of the whole experience (the recently refurbished 1903 pub/restaurant is only a short stroll away in the village).

Fabulous stay at the Hall, so comfortable and relaxing and the breakfasts are yummy. All the team go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as perfect as possible they really were superb 👌 Hooton Pagnell village is also lovely and very easy to walk into from the Hall, we would highly recommend we loved our stay ❤

Unfortunately the pub was closed due to ongoing renovations, the work had dragged on due to post covid problems, totally understandable. However, will be opening soon, and therefore a good excuse to return 😉

We loved everything at Hooton and if ever visiting Doncaster we would always check availability here first, home from home with lovely friendly, helpful staff. It was a birthday surprise night away and Ella was extremely helpful, she organised everything for me from taxi's, restaurants etc during our stay. The full English breakfast was absolutely delicious, the large fresh croissant to start was heaven, with a choice of fruit, jams, juice and great coffee. A massive thankyou to all.

It was difficult to find once we got to Hooton Pagnell and could do with a proper sign at the entrance as we went past once and had to ask at the local pub

Beautiful place with very welcoming staff and a very warm and cosy feel to it. Had a great 1 night stay. Breakfast was fabulous served by lovely staff and we were really well looked after. Thoroughly reccomend.

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The location is stunning and the rooms are superbly presented. The staff are pleasant and attentive and the excellent breakfast is freshly cooked. There is plenty of parking in the grounds of this impressive property set within a splendid picture postcard village.
