This place is perfect, immaculately clean, amazing room with aircon, tv and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower were perfectly clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful although I didn’t need them after check in as I had no problems. There is a secure bike garage/workshop/cleaning area within the hotel which was great to store my bike overnight. Breakfast was buffet style and was great quality and lots of it. Fantastic freshly squeezed orange and really good coffee. Free hot drinks and water were available all day. Outstanding value for money and only a 2 min walk into the main old town for excellent food, sight seeing and shopping. Roof terrace was also perfect, loungers and a great view. If I return to Ronda again I will not even bother to look anywhere else, Hotel San Fransisco is a winner.

Staff went over and above the usual, as we happened to be ther wneh a 3 country power outage happened, a highly unusal thing. They were ready with a flashlight provided to every room, suggestions about location of grocery stores to try, since restaurants were closed and we had no idea how long this would last. They assured us they would provide breakfast with whatever breakfast was available. Luckily power went on ay 7:20 AM and a full breakfast appeared shortly after that. Top notch performance in an emergency and high quality room and amenities at an affordabe price. Underground parking was available a few blocks away for 15 EU. Excellenct directions and a map to get around Ronda was provided, which we certianly needed with no phone or power!

The hotel was perfectly located in a street parallel to the main shopping street in Ronda, close also to many wonderful eateries and attractions. The staff communication prior to our arrival was very helpful and there is temporary parking space opposite the hotel when we arrived to offload our luggage. The room was clean and practical and the ensuite shower was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and bed linen crisp and clean. Our room was spacious. Breakfast was decent with a small selection of hot foods, lots of pastries, cereal and yoghurts. Coffee was available from a flask. Staff were really helpful and kind. Overall I was delighted with our choice of hotel.

I would have liked a fresh coffee! Our ground floor room was a little gloomy with poor natural light with a window to a courtyard. But we booked last minute so if I were to book earlier, I might ask if there is a triple room on another floor! Small details which didn't affect our stay.

The staff were friendly, informative and very efficient. We booked for one night then decided to stay another night, the room we were in was reserved for the next day but they had a different room available for us at checkout. Location is great and parking is close by and easy to navigate, we parked the car at check-in and didn't need it again until we checked out. We liked that there was parking available right in front of the hotel reserved for unloading and loading at checkin/checkout. Breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of hot and cold options and made by the staff who handle check-in. The rooms were clean, cozy and very comfortable. We'd stay there again and definitely recommend to anyone going to Ronda.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The Hotel is rated as 3 star but the service and the excellent help/guidance received from all the staff make it 4 Star! The hotel is round the corner from the main street and pedestrian area of Ronda. It is a short distance (just few minutes) away from the square and Puerto Nuevo and Bullring. The rooms are on the small side, but they serve their purpose just fine. Bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast, not vast, but still sufficient. We had a hired car and although there is a public parking nearby the staff gave us hints of where we can finding parking on the streets. In fact we always found parking. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and Ronda!

Would have preferred breakfast to start at 7.30am to give us an earlier start to the day. But this is a personal opinion and only because we were driving around Andalucia and used Ronda as a base.

The rooms were decorated very tasteful and the bed was lovely and comfortable. They provide a normal duvet not just a sheet! The staff were exceptional, showing us where to go and giving us recommendations on where to eat. The location is perfect. Parking is free as long as it’s white lines not yellow or blue. Go north of the hotel and you’ll find an orange tree lined street to park in! Oh, there’s also free tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate/ water and buffet breakfast for €9!

There is nothing bad to add

Excellent breakfast, great choice of freshly prepared food. Something to suit all tastes. Would go back just for the breakfast alone. Great location, just a short walk to bus station and also a short walk to the centre of town. Very friendly staff, couldn’t be more helpful. Lovely big room and bathroom, all very clean. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ronda and will recommend it to friends. Overall excellent value for money.

I have a sensitivity to strong smelling chemicals/cleaning products and found that at times such products may have been used in the dining area.

The location was absolutely excellent! Very close to the best things in Ronda, on a beautiful street. In 5 minutes you get to the famous bridge. Staff was really friendly and helpful, also they provided us with a 24-h parking place in a nearby location for 15 euro which was extremely convenient (the parking is situated 10 minutes from the hotel, but it’s a great walk)

The air conditioning system was pretty bad, maybe it had a problem

The host was extremely friendly and helpful through our entire stay. The hotel is immaculate and modern. We were thrilled to have a really good hot breakfast included in our fare as well as coffee/tea at any time in the reception area. The hotel was located very close to the Bridge in town and also very close to shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased! Our room opened onto a small balcony and french doors, we had a nice view.

everything was great!

As many have said, the breakfast is quite good. 9 Euros for a real meal (a buffet with eggs, bacon, museli, yogurt, juice, coffee, toast, etc.). Coffee and a croissant in a cafe would be 5 or 6 Euro, and you leave hungry. It's nice to start the day on a full stomach when your traveling. Lunch becomes less of a concern. The location was very central and on a quiet street, but only one street from the main pedestrian street that tourists crowd onto.
