Di Sabatino resort is incredibly well sited in the centre of Ascoli Piceno and a great base for exploring a wonderful city. The little apartment was comfortable and the breakfast good.

No cutlery in the drawers of the kitchen. The cistern in the lavatory occasionally jammed.

This is our second time at Di Sabatino resort. Only 50 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo right in the historical centre of Ascoli Piceno. Modern hotel offering a spacious room that was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. Staff were highly professional and incredibly friendly. Adequate breakfast offered every morning on the third floor.

Don’t understand why hotels in Italy don’t have tea and coffee facilities in rooms.

Staff were nice and were helpful. , location is good, in the historic center of town. . Romm is generally comfortable. Good breakfasts. Seating in room was good; an extra sofa to allow one to read comfortably

Parking is difficult. Construction in the sgtreet at the time of our visit detracted from our stay but should be completed eventually. But parking will need to be a good walk away

Location was perfect for walking around the city. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Breakfast was a bit poor, it could be a little more savory, at least some eggs and vegetables.

I liked that it was soo close to piazza del popolo square with all the restaurants and bars ...2 min walk in the heart of the action

amazing location , great service, very friendly staff and behaviour, good breakfast, great rooms , very clean . The spa was private and relaxing for one hour and for a great price. we enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot. we got an early check in and a late checkout after the spa . the staff was amazing more than anything , location was prime , rooms were spectacular with clean fresh linens and toilets and wardrobes

The staff was helpful and friendly. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Loved the kiwi fruit at breakfast. Good restaurants were very close. The washing machine in the room was super. The kitchen in the room was a big plus.

The construction on the road in front of the hotel, but that couldn’t be helped.

Fantastic location - so close to the main square. Very modern and secure - very nice staff and great room. Huge bathroom, but the shower is quite tiny! Overall a really good stay for one night.

Perfect location to visit Ascoli and its surroundings. Simple and well designed hotel. Staff is very welcoming and professional. Perfect stay!

The location of the hotel to the main piazza and Ascoli Centro was excellent. The staff was very good. Responsive, pleasant and always available to help. The price /value equation was very good
