This small family run resort was exemplary in all fronts. It was in the most upscale part of town and yet inexpensive for what it offered. The staff was attentive despite a wedding (at least one). The room exceeded my expectations- not very large but very nicely organized, clean and comfortable. There was attention to details, like great coffee, quality milk pods instead of granulated creamer, Turkish towels etc, etc. We had views of the Bay, which we were so happy about. But it was the breakfast that blew our minds. This was reminiscent of the top notch restaurants of Europe that want to wow their customers with their extravagant spread. There were too many great choices to eat them all despite my appetite. There was smoked salmon slices, avocado mash if you did not prefer butter or cream cheese, overnight soaked oats with high quality chocolate chips and what felt like crunchy nuts, two varieties of egg and all premium ingredients that could go with it down to fresh green organic arugula to garnish your eggs and bacon plate with! Whoever serves breakfast like that which is included in their price. I have never experienced a stay this good on this side of the Atlantic. This was so much value than I had experienced anywhere in the US.

Our room was very comfortable, with a fireplace and blankets to stay warm on the balcony. The views of the river were really beautiful. The landscape has nice flower gardens, the pool was heated and the poolside restaurant had good food and helpful staff. We took bikes out and rode the loop by St. Ann's church and Walker's Point.

I was a little disappointed that the website didn't specify that the shuttle service stopped at Labor Day. I thought it would still be available (on the 8th-9th). The hotel was still quite busy, it would nice if they extended service into the month.

This resort is absolutely fabulous for a family getaway. There is so much for the kids to do, the breakfast is wonderful, the staff is kind and accommodating, and there are so many extra perks like shuttle services, live music, and crabbing for kids that other resorts in the area do not offer. The setting is also beautiful with the water and boats along the large grassy land with impeccable floral landscaping.

My only complaint is that the pool area should be larger as it was quite full at times. Other than that, we had an incredible stay!

Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly. Location fine.

The people that cleaned the rooms just did an OK job. For example, we had our friends over for cocktails. The next day after the room was cleaned, we found all the dirty glasses were still on the dresser and not replaced. The ice in the bucket which had melted overnight was still there, not replaced with a cleaner plastic bag.

Walkable to town, but quiet and relaxing. Great hours for breakfast. Wide selection for breakfast with very pleasant, efficient service. Elevator and pool were both godsends. Excellent arugula and dressing at breakfast, as well as guacamole and fruit galore!

Delicious breakfast but elevate to the next level: adjust toaster to toast a bit more and faster. Have egg specialty dishes heated. Challenge to get a/c to work. Just one or 2 (different) bugs in the room each night.

The property is right along the river so the view from our room was lovely and the grounds were beautifully decorated for the fall.

I didn’t like our room because it was right next to the parking lot which was noisy and this was not part of the description when I booked the room. The door to the room didn’t completely seal when shut so you could feel the cold draft from outside. You could also hear the traffic drive by because the room led right outside to the main street. With that being said I asked if there was another room available and the front desk was very nice, gave me a couple of options and we changed rooms. Our new room was on the second floor on the inside of the carriage house with a beautiful view of the river.

There were many things we liked about the property. First and foremost the location was lovely, the personnel was extremely pleasant and the place was incredibly cleaned. The food was out of this world. We will definitely be going back. Thank you to your staff for being so attentive.

If I had anything to say, it would be the hours for the restaurant , pool and other things at the facility should be in the book that resides in the room.

What a delight, Beautiful location right on the waterfront and old-world feel to this hotel resort. Very family friendly with many families and small children when we visited which did not bother us at all. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices and quality was excellent. Food in the pool bar was average, but staff service made up for this. Lovel, safe very quaint hotel perfectly situated for walks to little town and bike riding around the neighbourhood. Our room was lovely.

Some day trippers seemed to park across the road and wander in to the hotel and headed straight to the pool and lawn chairs and whilst there was no issue it did seem a little lax in terms of ensuring hotel guests were prioritised for seating and pool use.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Always attentive but not intrusive. A beautiful setting, with the main centre of Kennebunkport in easy walking distance. Quintessential New England🦞👌

Because of the age of the building some floors and walkways are uneven. Elevator is tucked away at the back of building and to get from it on departure meant having to go through a busy dining room with luggage

Where do I start. View! Great people working there at desk and at breakfast. Joyful attitude! Fire pits lit and ready for guests. BLANKETS in the room so we can enjoy fire pit! Wow. Robes and slippers we didn’t use but lovely option! Views! Views! Breakfast tasted homemade by a mom NOT a commercial kitchen. Coffee was excellent too! We HIGHLY recommend!
