I’ve loved it here! This was the largest quality and I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was wonderful. The gentleman even showed me where the path was to walk down to our room and back up for breakfast. We stayed all the way in the back in a lower room floor. We have people above us that we never heard through the whole night. It’s a beautiful location. We saw out when we arrived and again in the morning when I went up for breakfast. Never got a chance to check out the pool or hot tub as we arrived later in the evening and had plans for dinner. If you’re looking for a good place to eat nearby, the Wapti Colorado pub was absolutely wonderful food, service and their outdoor seating is peaceful by the river and they have heat heaters outside as well depending on what time of year you go. The price to stay here was reasonable to me, we stayed at six other places as we were doing a road trip each day to a different location and this was the best one we stayed at at the best reasonable price. Breakfast is included in your cost of stay. One the pictures I included is the Riverview of the restaurant I mentioned.

I have no complaints brought the property at all

Friendly staff from check in to check out. This facility is super clean, well maintained located near several restaurants, gas stations and a super market. We were able to park right outside our room 228. The parking spots are numbered and from what I could see each room had a numbered parking spot right outside the room. The room was spacious for our stay although the toilet/shower/tub was a tight squeeze. If you need a wheelchair, be sure to get a room specifically designed for that. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were awesome with five or six provided for the king size bed, which was a bonus for us! Our room had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron with ironing board, safe, two luggage stands, comfy chair, desk, two additional chairs for the balcony, three lamps which two had an outlet to plug in charger for cellphones, hair dryer, several towels, two rolls unopened toilet paper, complimentary shampoo/conditioner and soap, kleenex tissues, and make-up remover. This location also provides coffee/ tea in the lobby with plenty of sweeteners/creamers for the guest. We did not eat breakfast as we enjoy trying out new restaurants when we travel. However, I did check out what was available and even the pickest eater would have no problem eating breakfast here. Lots of choices available, hot and cold. I highly recommend this facility as they leave nothing out to make your stay comfortable. Oh and the view from our room was amazing!

Balcony rooms are great because there's nobody above you. Our room had a view of ten elk in the morning as well as a beautiful mountain perspective. The beds are very comfortable. It's a mile from the downtown hubbub. Even though there are lots of balcony units, it was dead silent outside at 11:20pm. Everyone gets a numbered parking spot for their room. Staff was wonderful

Walls are a little thin. Would be nice to have a table in the room besides the desk.

Unfortunately a lot of the breakfast is very wasteful. Single use utensils, plastic cups (luckily at this place not individually wrapped in plastic again), paper plates etc. We ended up using our camping utensils to lower the amount of trash but it’s sad that so close to a national park, you visit to see protected nature, you create so much unnecessary waste.

The rooms were very clean and roomy enough for a family of 3. Easy access to both ends of Estes Park. The staff was amazing and answered all our questions. They never made us feel like we were asking too many. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing after a day of sightseeing. The hot breakfast each morning helped us fuel for the day ahead. We will be coming back if we visit again. 😊

Autumn at the reception welcomed us with a gentle smile and provided wonderful suggestions for our 2-day plan. She made specific suggestions for spots (RMNP destinations, restaurants, Estes Park destinations). The room was super clean; no smells. The parking was a designated spot, so no hassle whatsoever. The breakfast was pretty amazing; good variety. Loved the hot chocolate! Close to RMNP. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was excellent every day. Food and beverages were plentiful and tasty. Tables were cleaned immediately after guests left. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were serviced daily so always had a nice clean room after hiking all day. Directv was great!

Wish there was liquid soap in bathrooms and shower versus bar soaps.

Great stay, housekeeping services were great. Nice to come back to after a day of hiking. Standard range of breakfast items.

Some noise from the accommodation above (floor boards, toilet flushing) but this is common in older style accommodation. Breakfast room can get a bit crowded at peak times.

Every staff member I interacted with during my stay was very kind and welcoming. Great customer service! The parking was very convenient and made loading and unloading our luggage very easy. We loved our view from the hotel room. We saw an elk and two deer from the patio. My family and I booked two rooms and asked for the rooms to be by each other. The hotel granted our wish. It was so nice to sit on the patio after a long day of activities, enjoy the view and chat with my family. This was very important to me and I really appreciated it. The hotel location was very close to to everything in town but far enough to avoid the downtown traffic. My family and I enjoyed walking to the lake. We were even able to walk to the marina from the hotel to enjoy activities around the lake.

The breakfast looked okay but we decided to eat elsewhere. It was not quite what I expected when I read hot breakfast. The rooms were clean but had a weird smell when we first got there. It might have been because the A/C had been turned off. We bought a candle and the room smelled fine after that.

The location was awesome! It was quiet, no road noise, clean, and the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. There were several elk outside our door.

The only complaint was that the floors between levels seemed thin. We could hear the floor above walking around. Now, it seemed as they were stomping, very heavy walkers.
