The room was large and clean with many amenities. The price for a weekday was very reasonable which resulted us staying longer. Near by gyomu and breakfast serving place and a short walk from ezurahama beach. Also. We also enjoyed the self check-in and check-out since at times of a pandemic we prefer to avoid contact if we can.

There is a sulfuric smell on the space surrounding the hotel but that was only the on the outside. Not in the room.

Great for a family. The room we stayed had a large kitchen, a good size refrigerator, and toilet. AC and internet worked very well. The hotel is pretty close to the local supermarket!

Hallway is old and was not clean. A couple of mosquitoes came in the room. Although the room had a pan, knife, plates, bowls, cutting board, detergent and sponge, it did not have any cups, so we had to use a cup provided with tooth brushes. Also no spoons. Since no one is at the front desk, we are little worried about its security (anyone can come in and there is no one in the hotel to assist us). No phone in the hotel room.

Big room with stove, fridge, freezer, sink. Room was clean and onsen was great! Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Arriving at night it seemed creepy, there are many abandoned hotels and it was raining. It looks slightly run down and we didn’t see any people. Maybe if it was sunny and summer we would feel differently. Also we thought there was kitchen and there wasn’t.

its was self check in and check out and it was easy to do. the instructions on what to do was simple and clear/easy to follow

there were areas of the property that could do with some up keep and cleaning.

The price is good. There’s a parking lot.

There isn’t partitions in the shared shower. Actually is just an Onsen where you shower with everyone else. It should have been explained better. There’s no elevator. The air conditioner is weak. In the private hand lavatory no hand soap is provided.
