The hotel itself is lovely, nice clean rooms. Rooftop terrace, bar and pool brilliant, plenty of space to sunbathe or enjoy a drink and lunch. Staff all lovely and friendly. The food was excellent, breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice and cooking fresh fish and meats to order too. Could have been hotter, but being British I do like my food piping hot, and that is the nature of a buffet isn't it. Tapas bar on ground floor was lovely. Rooms made up and fresh towels when needed.

Just be careful to check if you want an actual balcony with a table and chairs. We booked a balcony room and got a 2 foot wide strip out of the patio doors with no furniture. With a little investigation I found the rooms with what you would call a 'balcony' were called 'room with terrace'. Not a big impact on our holiday, but it was a shame not to sit with a glass of wine on our balcony as we usually would. The roof terrace made up for that though. Oh the bathrooms have no door, they're open with just a door to the toilet, luckily me and my friend didn't mind, but some might.

Perfect location and perfect breakfast!

Loud drunk Britains and the smell in the room (moisty smell) and the music on B Heaven was played too loud.

We liked the size of room, bed was so big and comfortable, tea and coffee facilities were good breakfast was excellent.

Not enough English tv channels I was unwell one night had to stay in but could only watch the news more English tv and the room would of been perfect.

Brand new . Friendly helpful staff. Right on the beach. Lovely roof terrace with incredible views.

The pool was just a plunge pool not a proper poor. I Love to swim in a lovely pool when on holiday.

Clean modern situated on beach close to all amenities although cannot hear outside. White and blue decor crisp and modern Breakfast amazing choices with Prosecco nice touch Rooms gorgeous beds comfy they provide beach towels pool and bar area good comfy seats food good drinks reasonable priced

Beautiful hotel, very clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Staff pleasant and always helpful. Lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views.

Breakfast was good. I stayed half board and the evening meal I wasn't very keen on, just lacked choice for me. I would do bed and breakfast next time. Had sea view which was lovely but did think the balcony a little on the small side but wouldn't stop me returning 😊

Ideally placed for the old town and right on the beachfront of Levante beach. Modern facilities with friendly, helpful staff. I booked a balcony room (I got room 129) it was at the back of the hotel and only had a small terrace balcony, which is possibly only a foot wide with no chairs or table so impossible to use. These rooms also face a school playground which made mornings very noisy if you wanted the balcony doors open. I'd stay here again but now know to either book a seaview room or a side-view to get the full size balcony.

We stayed here for 7 nights for our 30th wedding anniversary and had a lovely bottle of champagne waiting in our beautiful room with lateral sea view. Breakfast was amazing and rooftop was amazing with a great view over the whole of Benidorm. Shower bathroom facilities were great with wee extras added in such as dental kit vanity kit and shaving kit. We sampled the bar snacks and it was very tasty. Drink prices were spot on for a hotel. Staff were all amazing too. This was my first time in Barcelo but won’t be our last.

I can’t think of anything negative about this hotel. Just sorry to be home now.

Great location, right on the beach, the end closer to the old town but a walk down the front and you are in the life and soul of Benidorm. Our rooms were lovely (6th floor). We had a side room with a little sea view but when you don’t spend a lot of time in the room its a waste! Rooms were quiet, spacious and very clean. A little fridge and tea/coffee. Shower was great. Roof top bar is lovely although we were there when it was 34/35 so very hot, but a cocktail there before heading out wad lovely with amazing views. We didn’t use the pool as the beach is right on your doorstep but looked nice. Breakfast is buffet, we were there between 8-9 and food was hot and plenty of hot/cold choice. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend, we will stay again if we go back for sure!

Had an amazing time! The location of the hotel is perfect! Turn left for 15 mins and you're in the strip, turn right for 5 mins and you're in the old town. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Benidorm
