This was my second stay at this hotel. It’s really convenient because it’s close to Surian MRT station, making it easy to travel to many places. There are also many eateries and cafes nearby. The location is excellent! The hotel room is quite clean, and a hot shower is provided. The Wi-Fi is decent, and the hotel has a water dispenser on every floor. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.

To be honest, there are two things the hotel might need to address: 1. The window's lock seems broken, although it still works properly. 2. There is a slight water leak from the toilet into the bedroom.

- Location… very convenient… nearby to food outlets, convenience stores & LRT Surian station - have mini fridge…very convenient for storing drinks & fruits

- Only 1 power source point… need to bring you own multi plug adapter if you have many devices… - Only 1 rubbish bin located in the toilet… very not convenient - poor TV transmission… keep indicating No Service when watching… very annoying

Location. Comfortable bed. Nice size flatscreen TV with remote control, Quietness.

Expecting at least a pre-mix coffee or tea as Hotwater kettle provided. The mug is already there. These little extra lights up your day.....

Sh Hotel was the Best Place so far . The staff there were pleasant and they were very kind. They communicated with us Very well and welcome us well. We appreciated the stay and we will definitely come back to this place over and over again!

Receptionist both shift super friendly.cukoo water dispenser.room design is unique.we stay in family room.aircon supercool.cozy room.spaciousbathroom.tv is clear.mini fridge function well.room smell good.many eatery nearby halal but need to walk to go there.mostly org padang indonesia selling foods.

When in the link way can hear other people talking inside thir room.meaning no sound proof.but i like this bcos you dont feel so lonely n too quiet bcos can hear people voices around you.

Thank you to the staff of SH Hotel KD.. we enjoyed our 3-week stay immensely..really clean & comfy place to stay at, esp if you have an appointment at Alpha IVF ..very accommodating and helpful staff..strong water pressure and Wifi connectivity..very near good restaurants, malls, groceries and conveniencettt stores, safe neighborhood..👍👍👍definitely recommending it ☺️

Location, close to food outlets & other facilities

Not suitable for those plan to do some work in the room… light too dim… no table or chair to sit or set up laptop & limited power source Only 1 waste bin located in the bathroom… not convenient to go to bathroom just to throw waste

Location is great as it nears the Surian MRT Station (Kajang Line). Thus, we can conveniently travel to locations such as One Utama, Pavilion KL, and TRX. The check-in and check-out procedures are straightforward and efficient. The room is also spacious.

When it rains, water leaks through the window gap.

It had a place to hang your clothes and masks provided with hangers. It also provides a hair dryer in the room and water dispensers in every floor to make sure everyone will have clean water to get anytime we want

The room is not soundproof even if it's mentioned in the description. I can hear other customers talking in their room when I went to get some water

The place was clean and tidy. Check in and out was easy, quick, and painless.

There is a lobby where I can wait for someone to pick me up or have my guests wait. Also, the entrance to the hotel is through an insignificant door that I had walked by without realising that I walked past the hotel entrance.
