We all are human, meaning not perfect. There was a problem with sheets in our room and receptionist took care of it with super speed. 100% satisfied with solving the problem. Kitchen - ALWAYS very clean, all plates, cups, utensils and cookware are clean, looks new. AMAZING :)

The signs of the hotel aging overall but still very clean, welcoming and FRIENDLY. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder's screw wasn't tighten enough so it fell. we let it on the counter so it can be repaired.

The Breakfast had quite a few choices and was delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpfull.

my Husband and I stayed for four nights; our room wasn't cleaned once. the coffee pods we used were not replaced once, we had to go get them ant the front desk. the towels were not replaced,

It was a neat hotel to stay with king-size and suite.

I didn't like chilling air from the vent in the hallway when walked into the front door. I didn't understand why. It was too difficult to locate address and also, it was weird where front entrance was at the hotel.

The staff in the breakfast area was very courteous and attentive. Great choices for breakfast food. I did not use the gym but looked in and the equipment is new and plenty of workout choices.

The whole was freezing. The bathroom did not have a fan so it takes longer for steam to evaporate and then to dry your hair. Stop with the bulk bedding I’d rather just use a sheet

The location was convenient on our route home from our trip. We were looking for a clean and comfortable place to spend the night before hitting the road again on our drive. This was it. The price was not as good as some I have had for higher end rooms along this same route but it was still good. The hotel and the rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was better than I expected and the eating area was not crowded on the day we were there. (I notice that now.) The location required several turns using the gps to find it but we did. It looks close to the interstate (and is) but getting there requires some maneuvering in the car as you weave your way around to their parking lot.

A couple of signs along the route as we tried to find the parking lot would have been very helpful.

The gentleman that checked us in was especially friendly. Nice building overall. Comfortable room. The bar looked very inviting.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a free breakfast. The elevator was very difficult. It took some time to arrive once the button was pushed.

The breakfast was great every morning. A variety of things to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Need more luggage carts. Other guest took the ones they had the night before and kept them in their rooms. Not really on the hotel. But more would be nice since this is a two company hotel

Conveniently located, this was the best place we could have chosen to stay. It was as large as an apartment, with a kitchen/living area, separate bedroom, and a huge bathroom with access from both. We were there until our home closed and had more than enough space. Almost everyone there had a pet with them and talking with others, everyone was delighted with the hotel.

Hampton Inn and this hotel share the same lobby, and while we were there the same breakfast area. There were a lot of young people that seemed to be teams of some kind and they were short on manners and the staff seemed to cater to them, as many seemed about the same age. When checking in we were not sure about a check out date. We left a day early and the computers were down but the employee said that they would adjust our bill. When we received the credit card bill, it had not been adjusted and I had to call back to get a credit which took two months.
