YOUR STAFF ARE AMAZING! From the reception people, regardless of whoever is in whatever shift, they are all welcoming and pleasant! The person in the food place is cheerful as well. Makes the food taste so much better :D

If I really have to point out something that can be improved, it probably is the coffee station's lack of a wipe material like a napkin or something. It's just it is common for us to spill something there. It will encourage us to clean up after ourselves if the means to do so is already there. But then again, the lady always clean everything really quickly

Room and bathroom were very clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool was very clean and comfortable too and open until 10 PM. The grandkids loved it. Hotel is pet friendly, and they gave us a room close to a side door, so it was easy to take my pet in and out. Hot breakfast was wonderful-eggs, sausage, potatoes or biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, and many other breakfast items. Staff was very nice and friendly. Cold water with fresh orange slices in lobby throughout the day is a nice touch.

Checkout i paid with debit and refund my credit card. I was given receipts for each but the change was not submitted. I left messages for management and i return call that i was unable to answer⁰. I won't go back for this reason. We were in town for family 80th birthday celebration and we traveled with other family menbers that also stayed there. But i told them and we'll stay elsewhere when we come back for Thanksgiving to see Granny.

Breakfast was always fresh with great variety. All the staff was friendly and fixed my light for me. Check in was a little confusing because of booking.com not your staff. She found and fixed the problem right away.

The mattress was terrible. Lumpy. I slept no more than 22 hours the whole time I was there. I even checked out early so I could go home and sleep.

Cleanliness is high on our list of hotel to stay. You met that priority.

I feel companies like yours should offer to clean the rooms daily. For those that do not want it- fine. But offer the option- at no extra charge. A hotel like yours that charges higher prices should offer this type of service. I was very surprised to learn that a 5-day stay is required for daily cleaning. This will enter my future consideration for lodging with you in the future.

Finding the location of the hotel is easy. Hot breakfast, egg, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, coffee, muffins, yogurt, milk. I liked the spacious bathroom, there is a bath, a good stationary shower and a shower with a flexible hose. Good bed linen and towels. You can open the window a little. There is a refrigerator, which was useful to us. Ice in the corridor.

As a wish, service the air conditioner filter more often. My husband knows how to do it and of course he did it in our room, but this is the task of the hotel.

I didn't eat that much but I enjoyed what I had. ( sausage, toast, cereal) The ladies at the desk were pleasant from check in to check out.

Having a waffle station would have been nice.

Property was super clean and very convenient to food places and where we had to be in Memphis. Room was very comfortable too and the staff was friendly and relatable. Definitely would book again.

The only gripe I have is that it was a bit noisy and parking was sparse, but a high school sports team was in town during our stay, so it wasn’t too much of an issue—especially since it was a short stay.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

The elevators open slow and seemed as if they could possibly shut down. Also, a few of the plain bagels were molded. I also don’t like the packaged waffles. Maybe try precooked waffles or adding pancakes to the menu. Everything was still great.

I liked the friendly staff, and appreciated the effort they made in making me feel welcome. My room was comfortable, and provided the quietness I was seeking.

There was only one elevator working of the two. Bed was ok, but not the great. Didn't understand as to why they hold and additional fee at the time of check in, that was different for me
