The staff are exceptional: so helpful in every way. Tea and coffee-making facilities in the room (this is important to us) and the concièrge organised extra tea and fresh milk. We were given an upgrade without additional charge and had a lovely large room at the top of the hotel: very peaceful and full of sunshine in the morning (606). The hotel restaurant is currently being renovated, so breakfast would only have been provided as room-service but in fact the reception staff recommended places close to the hotel - and this was a perfect solution. I was concerned when booking about potential noise from the renovation works but in fact this was not an issue: no disturbance at all. As a jazz fan, I was delighted by the photo in the lobby showing when Duke Ellington and Louis Armstrong stayed there back in the day.

Every wish was seen to. The staff were polite and very helpful, so nothing not to like.

La Tremoille Paris I recently returned from a trip to Europe with my sister and two children ages 13 and 8. During our four day visit to Paris, we stayed at La Tremoille Paris in the 8th district as recommended by my fantastic travel agent. The hotel did not disappoint. The location was ideal and put us very close to major attractions and incredible restaurants. The hotel lobby and common areas exuded an old Paris charm while the rooms were modern, spacious and very clean. The staff was attentive and kind and always made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The hotel is undergoing renovations but we did not hear any construction noise during our entire stay. However, due to the renovations, the hotel offered limited room service only options. The continental breakfast was not ideal, particularly for my children, but the staff did their best to accommodate. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to future travellers without hesitation.

The hotel was wonderful. It seems to have been recently renovated, as everything had a "new" feel to it. The room size was awesome and much bigger than one would expect in Paris. The neighborhood was awesome. Just steps away from the Champs Elysees, and other hot touristy areas. We ordered breakfast (room service) a couple of times, and what was delivered was awesome and delicious! But what made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were very friendly, approachable and courteous. They helped us book taxis and gave us great advice about several issues related to our stay. I absolutely love this hotel and will definitely stay there again, whenever I visit Paris. PS: A HUGE bonus was that I arrived at the hotel at around 11:00 AM, so several hours before the official check-in time. But my room was ready and they immediately gave me access to it.

I’ve been to Paris 5 times and this is the first time staying in the 8th arr. , this location is the golden triangle situated in a prime position and walking/biking distance to all your favourite spots. It’s elegant , clean and convenient! I would come back 10 times over. The staff were exceptionally helpful, responsive and took great care of us the entire time. They were attentive to our needs especially right before the Olympics began with heaps of knowledge about what was going on! Highly recommend

The location is perfect and the hospitality of the staff. They offered fresh coffee and pastries in the morning, walked out with my luggage when the ateeets were closed and were great generally.

One of the members of the staff could not come up with a solution when the streets were closed to get a car. The next morning someone offered to walk with me. I also can’t wait for the restaurant and bar to reopen!

My colleagues and I stayed at the hotel for a few nights during our business trip and I would say that the service was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Despite not being a 5-star luxury resort, the hotel management and staff gave us an absolute 5-star experience. Super polite and professional team! Whatever I asked for, I received promptly. The hotel’s spacious rooms deserve further admiration. Thanks a lot for the service and our great stay! We will definitely be back again :)

My third stay in this hotel and i have to say it gets better and better everytime! Highly recommended for all type of travellers, i came with family and i came with friends and i enjoyed both trips. The rooms are great! AC is cold for the summer heat waves ! And room service available at all times. I just loved staying in this hotel and definitely will come back again! The staff were incredible! So attentive and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and assist us with booking transfers! The hotel room was incredible with all amenities as listed! Close proximity to all major attractions in Paris! Incredible restaurants within close proximity! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

Very nice service and very good place to reach center to sightseeing all like eifel tower which is very close. As well the Saine where you can walk very nice and have beautiful view.

A/C was not working and made strange sounds, but technican fixed it on next day temporarily that it worked on lowest level. No breakfast in restaurant, but was possible to order by room service.l

The location was amazing, 10 min walk to the tower, great for runners - right next to water. Bikes to rent everywhere so pretty good location, surrounded with restoraunts. Bed was suuuper comfy and pillows as well, shower was amazing. It was really a great experience, with hotels being double the price in this area this was a hidden gem
