When we me and my husband, and I arrived, we were treated with kindness and very professional. The room was very clean and had no weird smells. The bathtub was very clean. I normally wear shower sandals to avoid and foot fungus, but there is no need here, and my feet are ok.The area is safe and very quiet. No loud visitors or weird people asking for money or just standing outside.

That I wish we didn't have to go back to our work this was sooooooooooo relaxing.

I have stayed at this location several times and it has always been great! The staff is wonderful the rooms are clean the property as well kept. This one time however, the air conditioning in the room was not good at all. I had to go out and drive around in my car to cool off. I do understand though that it is the middle of summer in Texas so the temperature was over 100°. But there was hardly a difference between the outside temperature and the temperature inside the room. I will be going back though because this is just a one-time occurrence I'm sure.

I stayed for a week while waiting for USDA international health travel papers for a recently adopted 16 week old puppy. While I was taking a shower the first morning of the stay the puppy managed to lift and chew up a small section of the vinyl floor. The motel manager was not concerned about the damage. When I checked out and offered to pay for the repair he said for me not to worry about it! This is what I call a pet friendly motel!

Some Motel 6 locations include a microwave in the room. This location didn't. Not a big deal since I knew this before booking.

Location very convenient to where my job site is located. The room is just big enough to accommodate my needs and space.

I will reserve my comment on some of the tenants. Other then that, staff was very friendly.

I like the hotel staff. I ended up getting so sick that I went to the hospital but they kept things in tact after having to pack everything and little stuff like that makes a big difference these days!!

There wasn't anything I wouldn't brag about.

I had requested a late arrival and called them to make my arrival even later which the on duty clerk stated was fine. I will stay at Motel 6 Farmers Branch when I again have business in Dallas.

With construction along 35E and the service road, the entries were rough thru the construction to reach the motel..
