We were welcomed with a friendly and very professional attitude. Home 2 Hilton in Milton, Ontario is well maintained from outdoor entrance, room, gym, pool, laundry room, dinning room from literary absolutely everyone from each department! The reception, kitchen, housekeeping personal presented that natural feeling of good people. To mention Jennifer, Lucky, Taz, Addy, and the lady in charge of housekeeping with the whole team of people would be not enough, to thank you to all. All of you were excellent in providing comfortable stay for us and it is appreciated very much.

Hopefully the construction of the building next door will be finished when we visit next time ;)

The room size was pleasantly larger than expected and the staff were extremely helpful specially Lucky at the front desk. The cleaning stsfff were amazing getting our room ready as we showed up early for check in. Nice to see staff smiling and engaging while working.

Breakfast meats could have been hotter

The staff was exceptional at every encounter, front desk, breakfast, cleaning staff, everyone. The breakfast was good, everything you need. The area to eat was clean and comfortable. The pool was fun and the gym was great, much better than a typical hotel gym.

Comfortable, spacious and clean room, fast wifi, and well equipped kitchenette for those who may want more control over their meals.

More breakfast variety, particularly gluten- and sodium-free, that are more suitable for the elderly.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the lounge area where you could have breakfast was gorgeous.

The breakfast bar was good, however only downside was due to limited staff the wait to have some items refilled took a bit. Other than that wonderful place.

Very convenient stay for a family with 3 kids coming from outside the city for a week!! Easy parking, good accessibility to highway exits, well organised kitchen space with adequate amount of cutlery and crockery. Housekeeping is provided as needed. Overall, will definitely recommend.

There was a moldy smell. Possibly from the AC vent or the carpet. Can't be sure. Placing airfreshners in AC vent helped with that!

Amazing, friendly staff! Good location for our purposes. Very decent complimentary breakfast. Very comfortable beds.

One towel was dirty . The pull out couch had the thinnest mattress ever and was impossible to sleep on.

A bit out dated decor then we are used too. Stayed for a basketball tournament.

amenities are great, pool, breakfast bar and outdoor patio area with a fire pit, parking is free and easy. Front staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and hospitable - offering helpful services and suggestions, and really looking to make the stay pleasant.

it was convenient to where we need to be, but is located in a business park…so no nice views, etc. no much can be done about that though!

Nice large, clean room. Breakfast was great. good selection.

Only disappointment was TV selection. Poor choice of Channels and NO GUIDE, had to scroll thru all find what is available to watch.
