We were welcomed with a friendly and very professional attitude. Home 2 Hilton in Milton, Ontario is well maintained from outdoor entrance, room, gym, pool, laundry room, dinning room from literary absolutely everyone from each department! The reception, kitchen, housekeeping personal presented that natural feeling of good people. To mention Jennifer, Lucky, Taz, Addy, and the lady in charge of housekeeping with the whole team of people would be not enough, to thank you to all. All of you were excellent in providing comfortable stay for us and it is appreciated very much.

Hopefully the construction of the building next door will be finished when we visit next time ;)

Location to highway and restaurants. Had a nice outdoor seating area. The room was great. Lots of room and the beds were on the former side which my husband and I like.

Water wasn’t readily available to fill a water bottle, the hot water for tea that is available 24/7 wasn’t hot. The set up the breakfast wasn’t ideal. The waffle maker would hit the upper cabinet when you opened it up which moved it and could be a concern if someone accidentally touched the griddle. When mentioned it to hotel staff they advised that they couldn’t move it as it was the only spot that has a plug.

The staff here are amazing. It is such a nice place to stay. A very relaxed place and really good size rooms.

If I am being a little fussy, I would have loved if oat milk was provided as an option with breakfast.

The room size was pleasantly larger than expected and the staff were extremely helpful specially Lucky at the front desk. The cleaning stsfff were amazing getting our room ready as we showed up early for check in. Nice to see staff smiling and engaging while working.

Breakfast meats could have been hotter

The staff was exceptional at every encounter, front desk, breakfast, cleaning staff, everyone. The breakfast was good, everything you need. The area to eat was clean and comfortable. The pool was fun and the gym was great, much better than a typical hotel gym.

Comfortable, spacious and clean room, fast wifi, and well equipped kitchenette for those who may want more control over their meals.

More breakfast variety, particularly gluten- and sodium-free, that are more suitable for the elderly.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the lounge area where you could have breakfast was gorgeous.

The breakfast bar was good, however only downside was due to limited staff the wait to have some items refilled took a bit. Other than that wonderful place.

Spacious rooms. Very good beds. Quiet rooms. Everything seemed to be very efficient. Not too far from airport. Swimming pool and gym are excellent.

Location is a bit remote.

Very great, love the colours, it had a pool, gym, & good breakfast, that is what I expect when going on a trip with my kids.

We liked the room size and we were able to get new towels and pillows easily.

The pool could have been warmer since there is no hot tub and the breakfast was not good.
